The caller stated that he worked for a company called ISS (International Stamp Store) and they were an investment firm specializing in rare or unusual postage stamps and he wanted me to invest money in this with a promised return of 35%.

Has been calling between 1 am cst and 3 am cst for the past 2 weeks

Not sure on who is calling me

They called and asked for the owner of the business. I asked who was calling, and what company the guy was calling from he refused to tell me. So, I being the owner and not wanting to talk to people who refuse to tell me who they are- told him the owner wasn't in and I'd like to take a message for him. He hung up on me. I called back, got a recording "number out of service".

I received a call from this number about 6:30am. Luckily my answering machine got it instead of me, but no message was left.

I am on the Do Not Call List and this number has been calling numerous times a day for the past 2 weeks.  They have now started calling at 5:30AM and no one says anything when answered.  They continue to call and still calling.  It would be nice to know how to stop the calling.  Columbus, OH

I get calls from it too! I'm at work and I can't answer my cell phone. I only get calls on the weekend though. This is the third weekend in a row now.

I've had a call this afternoon and yesterday as well.  I did file a complaint with Do Not Call site, entering in the company name that it was an unknown company using VOIP to mask their information.  I recommend you all do the same.  At the very least, the FCC might crack down on the VOIP company.

Two calls from this number on 11/1/07. The first at 11:08am and the second at 11:31am. I answered both times. The first time they listed to me say hello several times and then hung up. The second time they hung up right away. I answered the second one on the first ring. Very annoying! They're calling my cell phone!

it started today. I have been recieving calls from this number all day long, about 10 min apart each call. when I pick up I hear beeps, when I call back - busy signal. First the number doesnt show up, then it does. it only rings 3 times.
very annoying. anyone knows how to stop it?

I've been getting calls from this number for months. Always around 3-7am, when we're asleep. It's very annoying..

I received a call from (213) 291-1900, I'd try to return a call, there was no answer.

12132911900 called every so often (just now for instance). Annoying beep. Using Yahoo Voice (only been a week, only a handful of people have the number).

Okay so how do we prevent this number to not call us again?
I got a phone call from this number (various times) beginning 3:45pm.

How do I block the number or report the number so they will stop calling?

Please anybody has a clue?

This phone number sends me faxes.  With zero information.  No company or contact name at all. Just blank pages.  I pay for each fax that comes in.  So this is costing me $$

Last night got a call (213-291-1900) at 3:18 am. ET.

We've gotten a half dozen calls at least the the past 3 weeks from this number- all at odd times, waking us up and everything.

When this first happened, it nearly scared us to death because we had a family member hospitalized at the time.
