unintelligible message left on answering machine....sounded like a woman who said "no one there".  Then just a hang up.

This number called me at 3:09 AM on my cell phone.  No one was there.  Our phones are all on the do not call registry.

They have called me 6 times everyday.

called at 1:20 on 2/16/08.  i feel eager to change this phone number.

I am also on the "list" and keep getting called by this number

I got a call from this number at 3am Monday.  I did not answer it and had a blank voice mail.  I have not called the number.

They keep calling, several times a day without leaving a message. "Out-of-Area" appears along with (213)291-1900.

Happened to me today! They keep calling and they don't speak at all. Whats with these people? Why can't they talk atleast???

7:09PM MST on a Sunday evening for me. No voice mail.

Called at 6:30 p.m. in Houston - answering machine picked up - the caller left no message. I returned call - connection not possible. No ringing - nothing.??????????????

The Number 213-291-1900 is an outbound fax number used by eFax.  eFax is an internet based faxing service.  (eFax.com)

The issues you are encountering is that the subscribers to the service are entering wrong numbers.  Honestly I don't believe that you ahve any recourse as they are not solicitation or marketing calls which are governed by the "Do Not Call" rules.

I HAVE RECEIVED TWO CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER-2132911900 AND THEY ONLY LET IT RING A COUPLE OF TIMES BEFORE THEY HANG UP. WHO IS THIS CALLING??

i get numerous calls from this number.  i am ederly and have a heart problem.  i do not need this harassament.

I actually posted about this same number back in October.  I had already reported this to the FCC at that time, and nothing has been done.  I'm getting the calls again.  I doubt that the FCC can do anything.  These are foreign companies who you can do nothing to who are using VOIP to mask their real phone numbers.

I usually do not  answer phone numbers that I don't reconize, but today I did and the person on the other end kept demanding to speak to someone who speaks spanish(which I DO NOT) They would not tell me who they were calling for or who they were with.

calls on a regular basis. never leaves a message. attempt to return call says call did not go through.

the calls started this week.  there are always 2 at a time very close together.  when i answer, there is never anyone or anything on the other end.  when i call it back, i get a fast busy signal.
