This number called at 12:50am and again at 01:07PM. When I called the number back it just rang until a recorded message said "this line is not available at this time."

213 291 1900 shows up on my display and is annoying they keep hanging, and when I call back all I get is busy signal...annoying

I received a call from this number (213) 291 - 1900, but was not able to answer it and thought if it was important the caller would leave a voice mail message. They did not, so I attempted to call the number back and received a "Call Failed - Not Allowed" message from my cell phone ?

I recently purchased a new cell phone and was given a new number. One of the first calls I received was from this number. I did not receive a message and tried to call them back to no avail. I am also on the Do Not Call List. I have recently returned home from a lenghty hospital stay and am disabled. Needless to say whenever the phone rings I do answer because I never know if it is my Doctors Office or Family member, they as well have unlisted or no number available readings on my phone. If anyone has a recommendation or solution to the person(s) directly involved with this number I would like to be informed via this posting site.

I received a call from this # at 10/15/2008 7:30pm to my desk #and didn't left any message. Soon after this I got a call to my cell from this #.

Does any one figured it out any solution.

I received this call a 8:45 P.M.  I tried to call it back a 8:00 A.M. the next morning and the call would not complete.

I received a call from this # at 2.40am Pacific time.  I tried calling it back next morning and call would not complete.

Just got a call on my cell from this number - noon on Sunday - attempted to return call and got the tone that indicates the line is down.

Got a call on this number this morning, but I didn't pick up. Definitely looks like it's a catch-all for VoIP with call ID blocking.

I am receiving at least one call per day from this number. Who the f.. is this?

Do not trust these people. They are scam artists. They say that you are approved for a loan, then ask for your money upfront. Most of the time they also call you with an unknown number. Persons I have spoken to are Jason Benson and Scott Harper.

Keeps calling and I only get Beeps

I have been getting this call for the last week on my MT cell phone.  When I try dialing back I get a rapid busy signal, and when I answer there is a pause and then the call is ended.

This is obviously a gateway phone number to a solicitor.  I recently received a call from WY and it was a solicitor from some place other than WY, but they use the number so hoodwink us into answering.

just got a call from this number. Left a message but was static and all, couldn't understand a word.

I got a private phone call at 11;20 a.m. then one minute later 213-291-1900 called but i wasn't able to answer because i was in class.... I called back ant it was a busy signal

I got a call from 213-291-1900 on 11/25/2008 at 10:48pm. Missed the call and when I try to call back I just get a busy signal. Where do these people get our phone number from?

"Charlie" tried to sound like he was a friend calling for one of my colleagues.  Said he would call back when I told him she was not working today.  When I answered the phone, he said her name as if he was a dear friend trying to speak with her.
