I got this call from  213-543-0000 and I know who it is and the operator tells you what county jail but the person can't hear anything on my side but I can here their every word.. Its like I can't respond to them

Why are u calling me?

Caller claimed to be calling from jail in Austin, TX.  Said I could use an Android or iPhone app to continue processing (at which point I hung up).

Stop giving out false information. This can absolutely be a family member calling from jail, NOT some inmate telemarketer that doesn't know you!!
