got a call from this number. they never left a message.
I do not answer calls with numbers i do not recognize.

Calling about a survey for a free cruise.

someone called my number, left no message and no name appeared of who the call was from.
I've got the phone for my convince not to get harassing calls.

If you notice, it looks like these "Take a survey to win a 'free' cruise SCAMMERS" were using THIS likely SPOOFED number a lot on October 25 & 26, 2013 and then started up again TODAY 12/16/13.  Can't blame people for being mad, ESPECIALLY if they were harassed BOTH times.  Wish *I* could say I 'only' get one call if I don't answer, but that's not the case AND I (most of us here) seem to get ALL the calls on ALL the different numbers these CRIMINAL SCUMBAGS use.

And yes, I *DO* report EACH and EVERY call to the DNC list.  The calls have diminished in number/frequency - from 6+ daily to 3-4 weekly BUT its STILL ANNOYING.

ALL PRE-RECORDED CALLS are ILLEGAL.  ESPECIALLY to cell phones.

I continue to receive phone calls from this number that is a recording. They continue to call every 30 seconds.

We have been receiving calls from this number back to back for the past 15+ minutes.  As soon as it hangs up, it calls back.  It will call back while we are on the other line with the original recording.  Calls to the Telephone Company are of no use, they "couldn't do anything for us" and referred us to the Do Not Call list, for which we are already registered.  It has been so bad, we have had to take the phone off the hook to stop the incessant ringing.  Pressing prompts does nothing, and you can't actually get to a live human being to tell them to go pound sand.  SO FRUSTRATED!

This stupid number hast stopped calling me non stop and when i listen to the call it would call me during the call over and over again

I am sick & tired of getting these calls!!! What the heck good is having a no call sanction if these people can continue to call?  I am about ready to find out who this person or persons are and report them for harassment

Just got a call from this number on my cell phone left no message also on Do Not Call Registry which is kind of a joke as this jerks keep calling any way! Had another call from a different number but a scam call automated voice call back in 4 hrs and something about a restraining order case just really sick of it filed a a complaint with the FCC on that call just going to block this number and see what happens

Just got a call from this scam and am on the fed Do Not Call List. Filed a complaint with FTC. Don't bother answering. I didn't answer and so far only got one call.

How do you block a number?

I received a call this morning from this number and did not pick up. no VM nothing.  When I called back, the VM was not setup to receive calls

Not a legitimate company or phone number. It is actually a India-based sweatshop using Internet phones and automatic dialing to find active phone numbers and try to get any piece of personal information for future scam calls. They constantly spoof the phone numbers which appear on our phones to get around blocked phone numbers. As they are not located in the United States (even though the phone number might suggest they are), the Do-Not-Call lists do not apply to them.
Do not answer the call. Do not give them any information, even your name, as they will use it against you when they call back from a different spoofed number with a different angle.
