Always get a call from this number. I'm on the DNC list and it has no effect.

Received a call from this number and do not know who this is or this company.

I have to thank iPhone for adding the call block to the phone, I have started to just blocked the numbers. After looking them up and seeing it's a scam number. A simple block and the call is sent to voice mail and and I never see it or know I miss the call. They never leave a voice mail so no worry on my part.  Works better than dealing with the do not call list,  I get one call that's all.

Just got a call from this number on my cell, it was from texas, it rang about 7 times before hanging up, I did not pick up because I did not reconize the number I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST!!! and i live in Washington State

Your post is about one of the dumbest I have ever read and it really pisses me off when people like you post crap like this. The DNC doesn't work? I beg to differ but it does. You see, all the legitimate companies adhere to it and don't call you anymore. The calls you're now getting are 100 percent scams. So in effect the Do Not Call list has stopped all the legitimate calls and all the calls you're getting nothing but the scammers and liars. What part of 100 percent that these are scammers and liars do you not understand. These people are criminals and low lifes and they don't care about the law anyway. What the DNC has done is highlighted all these sorry scumbags and made it easy for us to see them for what they are (well at least most of us with average intelligence). Your post is just about as bad at all these weiners who complain and keep writing " do not call me, do not call, me leave me alone". What idiot thinks that the scammers are going to read these much less comply with their whining. What needs to be done is go after the phone companies that supply the connections and follow the money trail back to these scammers and take them out.

In the future, try doing g a little research and appear somewhat educated before you waste everyone's valuable time posting this type of crap.

PLEASE, do NOT pick up the phone for numbers you don't recognize. Each time you pick up the phone, regardless of what you do after you pick up, you are letting them know your number is live. They will then call you over and over and/or sell your number to other telemarketer/scammers who will also call you.  Besides, each of these scumbag centers function with many different names and numbers showing on your caller i.d. and they are pushing many different items/products/services and requests...all designed to get your money. They are SCAMMERS. They are not legitimate.. I repeat, Do not pick up the phone for numbers you DO NOT KNOW! Legitimate callers leave a message.

A call blocker will also help tremendously. I have Phone Tray Pro, but there are many others on the market. Most are inexpensive and work beautifully.  

Please do your part. to stop this madness!!! DO NOT ANSWER THESE CALLS!

214-316-9648 called me 2/10/14 at 9:30 am (EST).  I answered the phone and they did not say anything, just breathing.  They eventually hung up.  What a bunch of idiots.
