These people use illegal tactics, even going so far as to call on Sundays--one time at 7:23 a.m.! Not only is that 40 minutes earlier than legally allowed Mon thru Sat., it's illegal in our state for them to call on Sundays at any hour...

Stop this company from trying to bully people. They are going to do nothing but make people file bankruptcy and then for sure not get a dime.People are having hard times and they need to get a real job (if one can be found.)

Why would you want to conspire to hide someone from a collection agency?  When they called here looking for a relative we gave them the number and address.  They were very nice, if they call again that will be a different story.

07-14-09:  9:0 a.m.  AGAIN, received a call this morning, but no message.
WHY?  I have no delinquent debts and consider these calls plain and
simple harrassment!!! How do you get them to stop?

I keep getting calls from this number. They never answer. I actually called back and when I clicked "0" for operator, it rang, the person picked up and hung up immediately.

This number keeps calling me, but does not leave messages.  At this point I am curious as to who it is!  But they call at times I am unavailable.  I have excellent credit - so i hope they are not calling about me!!!!!

A John Synder from NCB Management Services, Inc. has been calling, leaving messages on my answering machine but I have been ignoring him. Then my neighbor told me he called her and asked her to deliver a message to me to call him back. My neighbor told him to get lost and hung up on him. John Synder and NCB Management Services, Inc. are going to be held accountable and suffer the consequences for their bad behavior, that's a promise.

This collection agency violated the FDCPA laws & the only way to help is to report them they have accts from various companies& they use AccuraNT& get info i.e. family, neighbors, job etc.& they won't stop I have worked for a collection agency. You can't be put on a do not call list it's not telemarketing. They have auto dialers& they do phone blasting& they put any number you may have had or that may have contact with you in a dialer& it sends out messages first then it will put the call into the agents cue. Don't be frightened by them they can't make you pay a dime. Worst mistake for you to do is get on a auto plan over the phone its not going to change anything in the pc it will show as open active acct with pymnt plan. Don't give in.

The company is National Creditors Bureau they are located in PA but call different states they not only call from this number they call private and call from 1-215-244-4200 they have big time violations the problem is that the average person doesn't know the laws and gets scared and gives in don't do it. Look up FDCPA.. Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. They can not threaten use abusive language there are very strict laws by all means the more it's reported to the Federal Trade Commission they will have to pay you.

This man continues to call my cell phone.  he says his name is David Lynch but he leaves no company name or reason for the call.  He leaves an 800 number but when I call it the messages says it is disconnected or no longer in service.  If this is a debt collector I thought by law they had to state that.

This IS valid. They call and leave messages almost EVERY day about a debt they are trying to collect from me. When I try to speak with them to let them know I am filing bancrupcy and therefore do not have the means to pay this bill right now, they had the nerve to tell me "Well, the rest of America is out there looking for work and paying their bills, just like I am. So you need to pay yours too." I laughed. She asked me if i thought my debt was funny, and I told her I thought her crappy mood was funny. Then she used vulgar language, told me if I didnt pay someone would be looking for me and hung up. I called back at least 10 times to speak with a manager, yet no one returned my phone calls. Then they started to call my employer - I told the gentleman that if he wanted ANY type of money from me he'd better stop calling me at the hotel I work for, or I would be out of a job, which REALLY means no money. I understand I owe a debt, but that in no way means I deserve harrassment, especially when I've already explained I'll be filing chapter 7. A**holes.

215-244-4200 and 800-829-1100 are the same outfit. They seem to act like the police, lying to extract information from you. obama has takin all my money that would be paying off any debt I might have.PRICKS

This number 215-244-4200 just called looking for my SIL who I don't speak with.  Herve Woods asked me if I could give her his number, 800-828-1110 ext 1782 and when I asked if I could tell her what this is concerning he told me that it was a private matter.

Been getting calls on and off looking for a relative of mine.  I finally call them back to tell them the relative does not live at the address nor am I in contact with him.  They asked me what was my phone number so I tell them then they tell me well your number is not in our system which mean we won't be calling you back. We'll see...

They said they probably called because they thought we might be relatives...ZABASEARCH.COM

Called looking for my father, who died in 2001!!!!  Kind of rude to my wife before I got on the phone.

Ever morning at between 8am and 9am I get recordered
calls from 1-800-821-1110, This morning, I recieved a call from this number 1 -215-244-4200. I am Disabled Desert Storm Veteran who cares for mom, she's 77 and in Hospice, and we are still recovering from Hurricane Katrina/Rita, I just had knee surger, so we went with a debt settlement compan that has sent letters to HSBC Card services, That is who this compan works for, (Household Bank, Orchard Bank, Merchants Banks, just to name a few.

This site is designed for complaints against collection agencies not for slandering of individuals that you don't know. I have known Herve Woods for several years now and he is not married, HAS NO CHILDREN (unless you consider my daughter which he has loved and been there for now for over 4 years)However not her father. The person who wrote that crap first of all can't spell and is an ignorant piece of trash and is slanderizing someone cause you cant pay your bill and are not man or woman enough to make arrangements to settle your account. Thanks for conributing to our economical problems you A$$.

What I don't get ...and I think most people either.

What gives companies such as this the right to call employers, relatives, people across the street/down the block, ME, YOU, and harass US about some other persons F$*^& debt.
I believe that Is the real complaint we all have (except of course you collectors).
Sure some are hiding from their debt. That still doesn't give these companies the right to use these tactics does it? Am I missing some legislature or otherwise that approves loan shark tactics?

I mean IF a company can go to such extents to look up everyone elses names, numbers, addresses, socials, shoe size and underwear color...then.....why not put that time, money, effort, etc into finding the debtor and quit calling my F*$&# unlisted number.

I also thought it Illegal to call cell phones for such matters? not 100% sure on that

and a lil tidbit  PA is a consent only state when it comes to recording any conversations and I opt to excersize that right, yet when you tell most companies you do not want your phone call recorded they will not talk to you .....oh well
