This number has called every 20 minutes for three days. Who is it? When I call it no one answers. It is very annoying. I will sue their [***] if they don't quit.

Our ID caller comes from a Roselle and believed this is from a University, wish you would stop calling our house.  My husband works at night and he needs to rest during the day time.  Appreciate your consideration for this matter.  If this is regarding college info, we would call you if we are interested at all but PLEASE stop calling us!

they call and say nothing

Like many others, they started calling me many times a day after I applied for a (apparently nonexistant) job. I went to the live chat here: https://www.ctuonline.edu/applicationprocess/Default.aspx and spoke with "Devon" who was very polite and said my phone number would be removed in 24-48 hours.

Remember, the admissions people are not the people who are calling you directly, don't be too mean to them. I politely asked to be removed, he said okay, and the whole thing was done in 30 seconds.

I filled out some form for CTU about schooling a few days ago. I got a call from this phone number not knowing who it was since I don't know anyone from the 224 area code. I figured they'd leave a message if it was important. They didn't so I never called back. Then that number kept calling & calling & calling & calling....It's ANNOYING!! I refuse to go to a school that harrasses me. I will be calling them to take me off heir list.

they have been calling three times a day for the last 4 days

This number is from the customer service department for Colorado University online education.  It does seem to be legit, but along the lines of University of Phoenix, etc.  I just told them that I was no more interested in continuing education at an actual university, and that was that.

Calls from this number were not blocked, I had registered with the "do not call" block.  This one got through.

this number calls me two three or four times a day and right before 847-783-8966 does the same thing, they never say anything, they just hang up

Thanks to everyone responded on this issue.  Got my first call yesterday and you all helped me dodge a big headache.  Went to the online chat mentioned in another person's response and the rep stated my # & email would be removed immediately.  Here's hoping my first call was indeed my last!

1(224)653-7000 woke me up this morning and did not leave a message on my machine. The same # called and woke me yesterday morning (yesterday was Sunday). I called the # back today. It was Colorado Tech. I had requested information from Colorado Tech and had given an EVENING phone # contact because I work nights and don't want ANYONE to call unless it's an emergency in the mornings. 10 a.m. is NOT evening. When I began telling this to the man at Colorado Tech who said he was an admissions officer, he interrupted with a rebuttal saying that 6000-7000 students prefer this method of solicitation and then hung up on me! I WON'T BE GETTING AN EDUCATION FROM COLORADO TECH! THEY CANNOT FOLLOW THEIR OWN DIRECTIONS AND ARE RUDE! I'll stick with my local university - it's a big 10 school. I just thought I might be able to knock off a few classes on-line between semesters. Colorado Tech "admissions officer" could not even tell me whether or not the school was accredited! PLEASE! WHAT A SCAM!

2246537000 is answered as Colorodo Tech. but I think it's an outside call center. I have made numerous requests that they stop calling. Each time they request my name, phone number and address. They still keep calling and now I am getting flooded with junk mail and even more phone calls from groups that I have never heard of. It appears that they are selling the names and numbers of people who ask to be removed...
Wow, what a classy operation...

I have been getting these calls an the only time I get blocked call because it is from jail.  I want these  calls to stop.  I will call the phone company and see why they are blocked.

I have received 10 calls from this number in 24 hours.  They stated they were a Colorado Admissions office.  Tired of them wasting my minutes on my cell phone.

what i did to get them to stop was to pretend that i had accidently clicked on one of their ads (which was a lie), and i called the number, spoke with a representative, and explained the situation and said i was no longer interested. i also lied and said that i had already gotten accepted by another online university. they should put you on a do not call list if you ask them - i did and haven't received calls now for the past 5 days.
