I receive about 3 phone calls from this number including sundays

I just applied for a job listed on HotJobs.  To apply, I was transferred to another site to "Apply".

Basically, they are trying to get you to go back to school.

They are probably an on line degree factory.

All they want is your cash!

The other school was University of Phoenix, this will be a 602 area code

This number has been calling for two months.  Sometimes 3 times a day.  I finally called it back.  It is a college.  I asked them how they got my unlisted number and they told me that I asked for information.  I told them that was a lie because I was already going to college.  She told me that someone else must have told them I wanted the information.  When I told her that was also a lie, she got a mad. I told her this was an unlisted number and to never call it again.  She very tersely told me that I had no reason to get mean.  I told her that after over 100 calls I was going to get very mean if they didn't stop calling.  We'll see.

224-653-7000 has been calling MANY times a day - NIGHT and DAY - for weeks now. MAKE IT STOP! This is on my cell (illegal #1) AND I am on the DO NOT CALL registry (illegal #2). GRRR!

I am on the do not call list. I have told this to these morons but they keep calling. I get phone calls as late at 9:30 pm.

I went CTU website and went to the on-line chat with a phone helper/counselor. I told them/her/him to remove me from the call list. They asked for my name/number and e-mail. Just give them your name and number, they allready have these. DO NOT GIVE E-MAIL ADDRESS. They dont need it to pull your number. The calls have stoped......

I have have many calls from 224-653-7000. It comes up as a "Private" caller. I don't answer "Private calls.

I filled out an application for a University of my choice in Criminal Justice and within hours of completing it several colleges and universities started calling me. Have these people ever heard of the privacy act? Even though it is on the computer the companies can be held liable legally for leaking your information. The privacy act covers every single entity. The only thing anyone of has to do is call our attorney and have the records pulled up and file a lawsuit againt them. This is against the law.

If they want to be considered as as a legitimate company then they would leave a message. In this day and age of technology all of us have to be aware of the information that we give out to third parties. It puts all of our safety at risk I think. I am very disppointed in myself for even filling this information out to apply to college as I was unaware of my informatio being leaked to others.

I will move on and from now on I will make sure to not fill out any information again online. Also I think we should all safeguard ourselves by removing our city and state from any website as well as any information that will let other people know how to find us.

I notice alot of friends and family members have the state and city they live in, their work name, schools, personal information that anyone that gets an interest to locate you CAN find you. That is scary and these phone calls let me know how delicate my information is. So I am changing and removing anything that would give a criminal or third party a way to find me.

Keep getting calls from this number.. do not leave a message.  I called it back and demanded they remove my number from their list if they are not going to leave a message in order for me to call them back at my convenience.

Have been getting calls for about 3 weeks 2x a day, Sundays included.

Finally decided to  call them back.

Someone answered and I told them that I would like them to stop calling, the operator was polite and said they were trying to reach a Melissa B_____, I told then that I am not her and have had the number for over 8 years. I did not give them any info about me at all, I simply let them know that the person they are trying to reach is not associated with this number.

She noted that fact and said she would update their records.

We'll see if the calls cease.

I just got a call from this number after I tried to find info about the program for moms to go back to school.

If you don't want to call and deal with someone you can also go to the website and under 'admissions' you can chat with an advisor and request to be removed from the call list. i just did...hopefully it works

called me minutes of filling out continuing education app...kinda psycho, huh?

I have asked to be removed from the call list 3 times and I am still being called.

PLEASE GO TO esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm AND REPORT ANY CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER.

There's TONS of complaints about this school calling people who have not requested information from them. The FCC should have taken care of them a LONG time ago, based on just Google-ing the number and checking out the results.

DON'T CALL THEM BACK and DON'T ASK THEM TO TAKE YOU OFF THEIR LIST.

Yes I could use some more education so i could file more charges against these people who this time called at 6am on Saturday. What the hell are they thinking. This might be the easiest report yet.

I wish these idiots would stop calling. They do not leave a message. They call at least 3 - 4 times a day. How do I make them stop????
