yup, i am victim of it too! how do we catch these f*ers? i am so annoyed with them calling me everyday! and i am on the Do NOT call list org.

I've been getting calls from this # on my cell since Friday.  I don't ans cause I don't recognize the #.  They never leave msgs.  Very tired of them calling.  Don't know how they got this#.

Thank goodness for this site. I received a call today, but they were using my husband's last name which is not on my bank card. I called Bank of America and they verified that they were not giving any promotions. My mother is receiving the same  calls but she doesn't answer.I received a second call today and told the lady ( first time it was a man) that I was with the Fraud Dept. of the local police and that the conversation was being recorded. The call suddenly was lost!

I have recieved several missed calls from this number, as well as, the caller hanging up the phone when I answer or not saying nothing at all when i say hello.  When i call the number back, the phone keeps ringing until the call is sent to voicemail.  Normally i do not answer phone calls the are unfamiliar, but i was curious to know who was calling me from his number.  The number has been calling my phone constantly since November 7th.  It would be wise to just ignore the call, for security reasons.

I was called several times including 730 AM on Sunday.  Finally answered and got the Wallmart pitch and when pressed they said they were with Avalon Marketing.

I got a call from her too. Pissed me off. I thought some one opened a card in my name because my soc. sec. card was lost for a while and then someone reported it in for me. so i thought someone was trying to steal my identity. if anyone knows about how to go about the situation please email me at pleasure_5_babi@yahoo.com.

Well, I have received about half dozen calls per day for the last week and have not answered.  After reading this I won't answer.

i've gotten 5 calls from this number in just one week.  They called me two times already today and it's just 12pm!!! I dont answer because i dont answer numbers i dont recognicze

They kept on calling me after last Friday. If I anwered and told them not to call, they will hang up immediately. But they then kept on calling. How can I stop them?

I am tired of these calls, should I call to the police? Or I have to change my cell number? They talk about my CC, I am worried about that.
Why some one don't stop these people?

I have been getting these calls alot!  I had recently bought some products from a company called Arbonne, My friend sells their stuff.  Ever since then I have been getting these phone calls with the same problem everyone else here is having.  I called back the number today and I got a voicemail message box that was the lady that I bought the arbonne stuff from!  I live in Michigan and the call is the same area code as mine.  Okay, this is weird!  I am going to ask her about this when I see her again.  The phone calls keep on coming and tonight I answered it and it was a foreign man who wanted to speak with me.  I told him that "she" was not home and I would take a message.  Of course he said he would call back later.  This number is my cell phone, I am thinking my number was passed on to some sort of marketing crap from Arbonne.  I just do not understand how that when I call it back it is the lady's mailbox message that sold me the Arbonne stuff.  She lives close to me and the number location is several hundred miles south of us.  So I went to my phone reject settings and put in the number, so end of story!

I have recieved 7 phone calls from these people over the past two days.  It is driving me nuts. Does anyone know where we report these things?  I have looked up this phone number and it is located at S. Cass, and Scott Street in Morley, Michigan.  My next step is to call the local police in Morley Michigan....

Call your local law enforcement as well, since it is harassment.

btw...I called my cell phone company first to see if there was a way to block the caller.  On some models of cell phones, you can do this.  Unfortunately, I do not have the correct model.  

Please go to the sites I listed above and report this number, so we can all rest easily without these continued calls.

Any of you that have responded or visit the site after this post been to the  US Virgin Islands recently before getting these calls?

I have been getting the same calls (although never spoke with anyone) but they started while I was away for vacation in St. Thomas / St. John, and have not stopped.

received numerous calls at all hours of the day and night. Didn't answer because I felt they were bogus calls.

They have been calling my cell phone 3 times a day. Before they used the same phone # but ending in 40.  TIP FOR CELL PHONE USERS:  Save the number to your sim card in contacts, then copy to phone.  Give the phone # a code like
XXX231.  Edit contact in your cell phone with identiying ring: SILENT.
Your cell phone will never ring when they call, but it will say missed caller.
This works great with any scammer calling your cell phone.  I hope this helps you, and also shuts down these harrassing callers.

Damn I've been going through the same thing... it's so annoying. I got a call at like 6 am one time from them. Don't these people have lives?

Same here.  A man I couldn't understand knew my card info, last four digits.  Said I was a valued customer.  I'm gonna talk to my bank tomorrow.  I keep getting calls and calls.  This happened before, months ago, a number repeatedly called me.  two to three times a day and if I answered it was a recording telling me I won something and to apply for a loan they would give me so much money, etc.
