They call saying that they are calling about your credit card account.  They get this number from your credit report somehow.  If you check your credit report, especially TransUnion, they phone number they are calling will be in it.

Called my business number and said I was eligible for a busines "grant" but needed the business info.

They just called me and left a voicemail. I just got my cell phone - signed the contract with Bell 2 days ago, so the number doesn't appear on any credit report or whatever other document. Don't answer and don't even listen to the voicemail, they are just spammers. Most importantly, don't give them any information about your credit card or personal data (like SIN, etc)

I received called from this # today in-fact just few min before I write this. First I answered and here a recorded message saying something about my credit card, while I am trying to listen this and still on I receive another call from same #. After I hung up I got another call, when I answer this time no answer ...totally blank.

3 calls in one minute time.

I get calls like this one too but next time I'm going to try and beat them at their own game and give them phony information about myself and see if I can get more info out of them before I go on.

Just received a call from this number as well. I always google numbers I dont know, and never answer (ok call me paranoid), but it almost always pays off. Thanks Everyone.

called me 2 days in a row....

234-567-8900 called my cell phone, left no message....I tried to call it back from a VOIP line, call fell off, very annoying

The same number on my caller id popped up. I never answered the call, but I did think that it was wierd that the number was 12345678900. Sounds like a scam to me.

I have received many of calls from this company.

My dad has researched the number and found out that it is a company called Mutual Consolidated Services. He has a very effective way of getting these calls to stop.

1. He calls their 800 # 877-891-1348 or 800-943-3250.
2. He asks for Chris the compliance officer.
3. He tells Chris "Do not call my number! If you do, this is what will happen, for every one of your calls, I will call 100 times and bother you because you are bothering me!"

This is not illegal to do. It ties up their lines and it's makes him VERY angry! If he says he's going to call 18 division Police department, tell him he's full of it, cause there is no such thing!
And if you want to throw something else in there to make him know you're serious.
I have also emailed them this,
To Whom it may concern,

  My name is Chrysta, number is ***-***-****.  I will make you remember this number quite well if you do not take the following actions promptly!  I have received many of calls from your company and I have requested to be removed from your calling list a numerous amount of times and really would like these calls to stop!  

I WILL be removed from your calling list and I PROMISE you, I WILL take the following action!  If I receive one more call I will email you my phone number 100 times because apparently you are unable to remember it.

Apparently you didn't take my promise seriously.  I warned you that if i received another call from your company i would email you my phone number 100 times due to the fact you can't seem to remember it.  I have phoned you and emailed you and you didn't follow through....

So here we go!

Needless to say, Chris emailed me back re-assuring me that he has removed my number from the list.
I informed him I follow through with my promises and I emailed him 100 times.  I am sure he's not happy right now... oh well!

This is a very effective way to deal with this company because my dad is not receiving anymore calls!

Called my cellphone and didn't leave a message. Seems like a Scam to me with a number like that!

just got a call from this number no message left!!!!!!!!!!

Recorded message says National Financial Advisors (we already know how well that's working).   Every time you fall for their "press 2 to removed from our calling list" just helps them sell your number to someone else.   Just another warehouse with lots of people in it (or at least automated people).

When you get calls from places like this, just hang up.   It sure doesn't do any good to talk with them.

  I will have you know that not ever did Mike nor I threaten Chris or his company!  We made promises.  There is a difference!  Furthermore, Mike did NOT call and berate, belittle, and yell at the service agents.  He would call and ask how their day was, or what they were up to or what they had for lunch.  So disregard Chris's lies in his posting.

Yup! Called me too. I didn't answer because I did recognize the number. Tried to call it and it was busy. Mmmm...

Auto-dial recorded message: From "National Financial Advisors" 234-567-8900. Menu would not work. Unable to get a trace. Only portion found: Call did originate in OH.

they called telling about free grant money for businesses...hung up and called back..no such number...looked up number found this site...number is a scam

have had a few calls from this # - i dont answer, and was just trying to find out who is calling, now i am glad i didnt answer!

i asked the guy about their ph. nmbr he gave me :18888781014. i called back and they answered.. so somebody can do something i started calling one call after the other because they refused to take my phone number off teir list when i get a call every single day .. at 9 a. m.

jpm accelerated phone number is 18888781014. please call them as many time as you can the way they do to us and let us teaching them a lesson .. any minute free use it to call them and tell them what's in your mind it's CHANTAL who answers..
