All I can say is beware and protect yourself and your money.  The deal with customs is familiar just another way to get money from you.  I had one profess undying love in a very short period of time and then begging for money so he could get through customs to get home to me.  They are all liars so just be cautious.  I have been approached by eight different men in a short period of time and everyone of them claim undying love and everyone of them have had a problem of sorts mostly in the UK but needed money from me...haha, no money for them...Once I told them I knew they were scammers they either admitted it or stopped talking to me.  Good Luck...

Got the exact same messages from a Robert Moore. Completely fell for it hook,line and sinker. Fortunately I have not given him any money. Said he is a senior mutual Funds consultant for WiMAX Investments International. Looked up the company and this site popped up. Yep, it's another one. I actually think that I have or am being scammed by a couple more. They all seem to have o brothers or sisters. Mom and dad are both gone and they are very okay financially. I did get scammed financially but I was willing to take the chance. I sent money to Mainla and did hear back but then he wanted more etc... When I co fronted him, he stopped emailing and calling me.
So so far, these are the scum bags that have tried to screw me over financially and emotionally

David Shade was VenturaDave on Match.com but always referred to himself as David. Said his full name is David Rajik Shade. Has a daughter named Marilynn. His wife cheated on him with his best friend and ended up a coke addict as well. I had contacted him just hours before he was to get of a plane for Manila. Long story short, I fell for him hook, line and sinker and sent him money, not only once, but twice. I guess that's what happens when your husband cheats on you and you are lonely. Anyway. His address is dshade27@yahoo.com. His phone number is 805-317-4312. We actually corresponded via text, email and talking on the phone. He would always say "Will call soon" and when he didn't, he had another lame excuse. He even gave me his cousin's phone number to corroborate his story. The cousin's name was Michael and his phone number is 773-217-9929. The cousin was able to back up his story which is why I sent the money. I'm okay with the money. It was a lesson learned. Hopefully, I never hear from any of them again.
So what is my next step? How do I report these guys?

Robert Moore Is a true scammer...I have had many emails from him professing love and wanting to be with me so much and his mother died in a short period of time and he then needed to borrow money.  When I did not give him any he then had to go to Dubai and had $6,000.000 there and wanted me to  set up an account so it could be transferred.  I confronted him as a scammer and he then eventually let me see him on webcam and said it was because he was addicted to me...he is definitely in Nigeria and said he has 10 fake wives whom he is scamming at the same time.  BEWARE

David Shade had the name of Felix Alke when I talked with him.  His wife cheated with his best friend and eventually he needed money from me too and I told him to take it down the road because he too is a scammer.  Met both of them on match.com.  I have been confronted by 8 different men who are all scammers so please do not ever send money to any of them no matter what they say.  I almost did but am happy to say my money is still in the bank.

Hello, ladies, I have read only (3) pages on this website and am so amazed that so many women have been scammed by this guy (Magdaleno guy) , sorry to say I was one of you. I am a disabled women who thought I was more aware after being scammed once before by a guy on Facebook. I am in my middle sixties and just thought maybe I could find a nice guy on Match.com who I thought was a safe website. What a surprise. This guy is a real rotten human being and I don't care if it takes me the rest of my life, I will expose him. They are presently building the tallest building in the world. It is the richest gulf country. The security is second to none; everything seems to be working perfectly well in the country. It seems to be the new hiding place for the Hollywood stars. I know I will miss you while on this trip as I was planning while in Italy that I will be in the US this weekend and will be able to come and meet you. This is just an issue of man proposes…..

He's been writing to me too.  I was just shocked when my daughter informed me he's been writing to other people too.  From what I've read, we have gotten identical letters.  Mine are from Magdaleno Jerry Lowrie.

Thanks for posting this information. I just starting emailing dshade27 from Match.com yesterday. I have been trying to find something about him online to check him out, and finally came across this. He is saying he has an 18 year old daughter and lives in Keller, Texas. Did you ever meet him in person?

I received the same of some of the letters above from Robert Moore/aka Magdalano/aka SCAMMER....Whatever name he is using, he is definitely a scammer.  I did get to see his face once on webcam after I called him out and he said he was addicted to me.  He also told me he had 10 fake wives from whom he was trying to get money and he told me I was the true one.  haha...I can tell you he is definitely Nigerian and no way from or coming to the USA...He was in the UK and went to Italy to visit his sick dying mother who btw die at least 10 times from what I have read.  He went to Dubai where he was stuck and needed money from me...wanted to marry me and would be coming to me soon with his millions of dollars.  I reported him but nothing as far as I know has happened.  I did not give him any money.  I was approached by 6 different men from match.com and cupid.com and all of them are scammers in Nigeria...all get stuck going out of the country and have no access to their money and want you to help them.  BEWARE..if you want to keep your money.  All pictures were of handsome men but the scammers change their picture and name all the time...their only reason for contacting you is to get money where they can....
