Haven't figured out (non-tech savy) how to include more emails.

The England bank of settlement sent us the Remittance Confirmation (RC) of your transfer on Wednesday after they confirmed the bank transfer exchange under the IMF transfer law. We also confirmed the Remittance Crediting and subsequently debited your account with the transfer amount for the remittance of the sum of $11,735,000.00  (Eleven Million,Seven Hundred and Thirty Five Thousand USD) to the account as submitted by you.

We were expecting the international transfer banking copy from them today when we received the Team from the British Union monitoring funds unit of HM Treasury from London this afternoon. They presented us a Stop Order Copy stating that your fund transfer has been stopped and ordered that the money return to the account and remain inactive until the whole documentation has been completed for your transfer. They returned to us the swift advice copy which was sent directly to your Bank of Settlement informing us that the transfer has been terminated and also issued us the Stop Order Copy which we have attached in this email.

We contacted Transword Investment International this afternoon informing them about the development and that the investors account has been inactive/frozen. We have also informed them of the amount required to secure the United Kingdom Fund Entry Tax Clearance Certificate which is needed to be secured before the account will be release to be operational and the transfer completed.

Transword Investment International informed us that they have instructed all their Investor in USA ,Europe, Asia and Middle East to secure this Fund Entry Tax Clearance Certificate in the last circular which they sent to all of them on 3rd November 2013.All Transword Investment International Investors received this circular and were advised to obtain This United Kingdom Fund Entry Tax Clearance Certificate and have it registered with Her Majesty Treasury Department and British Bank of settlement before they can handle any transaction with their paying bank in England. This was the same week that the circular was circulated to all the banks under United Kingdom and we sent the information to Transword Investment International. It is very surprise to us that the United Kingdom Fund Entry Clearance database does not have your Clearance information on records which prompted the Union funds monitoring team of HM Treasury to place the transfer red alert when they noticed the transferred sum to USA and returned it back to us, which resulted to this fund seizure and account inactive.

Please get back to us so that we will inform you on how to make the payment required for the issuance of the Fund Entry Clearance tax certificate or you can also pay through Your investment company Transword to enable them get back to us so that we will get the clearance and complete your transferred amount to your nominated bank account. The issuance fee as stated in the Stop Order, which is $481,135.00 (Four Hundred and Eighty One Thousand,One Hundred and Thirty Five USD).

HM Treasury Department also instructed that the payment be made through our bank. It is important to let you know that the British payment regulation on Fund Entry Clearance Tax section 19, stated that this payment must be made within 7 banking days from the day the Stop Order was issued. Once this payment is made, the account will be active and the transferred money will be credited to your nominated account in USA within 12 hours from the time of payment. You can contact us for more information if needed. Please read the attached Stop Order Copy Carefully to understand this email very well.

My entire life savings/investments accounts will  not cover the required  $481,135 issuance fee re the stop order, not to mention significant tax consequences re IRAs, etc..  Jim refuses to put me at complete financial risk without knowing what is happening.  He does not know names, companies, banks but is concerned about the proliferation of UK investment scams and does not want to see me become a victim.  Basically, I trusted you completely re legality, etc.  In addition, I somehow messed up both Outlook and Yahoo.  After 40+ years of being financially and emotionally scammed by my ex, I don't know what to think.

No, I didn't do it, thanks to having a wonderful financial adviser.  Jamie did not take it well and tried to pull all sorts of mind games.  These men (and women pulling similar stuff on men) are slick and sick predators.  When I found this site in November (he had just asked me for $25K), I wrote to him saying I was upset (understatement) to learn that he was one of a cadre of users, and "Don't laugh too hard.  You have no idea of what may happen next."

The BLOW OFF LETTER...( I was never gonna go to Italy.. was just messing with him. to see where he was taking all this......so here goes..).

After long and deep thought I find myself angry & upset with you.. re-reading through our past emails I find that you wouldnt even answer me in where & when Mums funeral was..I really planned on coming...was already packed... & being there for you & Diana.. even though I came down with the flu ...I WAS STILL COMING... then to hear that your investor from Dubai showed up there and was with you thru your grief... evidently you mentioned more to him than to me for him to be able to get to the funeral. I have listened to your grief, anxiety of your contracts and work, insecurities of your life and lovelessness of it.. gotten you out of your shell to live again... and you didn't feel confident enough to tell me where , when  & how to travel there... to me there is deceit going on.. Many of us, including me, have filed complaints at the FBI www.ic3.gov site; most have received no response from what I gather.  There is a notice on the complaint site that indicates ic3 receives thousands of complaints a week.  These identical scams have been going on for who knows how many years.  The scammers polish and refine it along the way.  The authorities can't seem stem the continued proliferation.and have posted online warnings (too late for me to find).  Perhaps we just never hear about it.  I did read online that some scammers have been arrested in the UK.  I recall reading that someone here refers to it as Whack-A-Mole.  Apropos.

Lucci Verrati is now posting from Broken Arrow, OK.  Got suspicious because he wanted to correspond by private email.  Glad I found this site. Should I report to Match?

This person has been emailing me daily using what appears to be a pre-written script. I am not sure what his/her objective is but preying on widows from match.com is unconscionable and I hope he/she is discovered and shut down. Clearly this person
( man or woman-who knows?) is seeking who he/she can easily take advantage of. The scammer is going by Peter Giovanni Corrado working with Vanguard investments, claims to be in London currently. Claims to live in Sarasota. On Match.com one day then gets an email address form a victim and disappears from match. BEWARE indeed!

Glad I found this site.  I searched him on Google without any results until this site this morning.  Met him on Match, he immediately asked me to email him as his subscription was up.  I was suspicious of this guy with his unpolished English and profession of love.  I sent him an email yesterday suggesting he was scamming me and he sent me this (without addressing my accusation):

That is what they call a complete crazy week. It started with relocating our office after which I was notified about the meeting in Wichita and now Dallas. Anyway, let me not bore you with my business engagements.

Every strong relationship started one day and became stronger as each new day comes. Let us hope that each passing day makes ours stronger. I am a man with no criminal records or hidden skeleton. People say that I have German accent which you will notice when we speak on phone. Wow! I am here at my computer again. The smile has returned back to my face. How I wish you could see the way I look whenever I open my computer to send you an email. To tell you how my day has been, went or more importantly to tell you how much I miss you.

It is obvious that sometimes you don’t know what life have for you ahead of you until you take the right step in the right direction. It has always been my wish to start up my own Private Investment Consulting firm but the financial requirement and getting huge investors base has always been my fear .Because of this, I have worked  all my life even when  I know that I am the best in what I do .I have always wondered how to raise the money and start it up and get major investor as clients .This has always been one hindering factor whenever I want to resign or terminate my job with Transword but this time around, I cared less and submitted my resignation and now it seems that I took the best decision. Yes! Because coming to Dubai seem to have provided all that I will need for my dream of being self employed as a fund manager.

My day has been an exciting one if I am allowed to say so. I had the meeting with the partners of the investor who has oil blocks in Dubai. I saw myself surrounded by multi-millionaires and billionaires who control the oil economy of United Arab Emirate. I was nearly humiliated in their presence but my mind told me one thing. If this people should need my presence in this meeting, it means that I have something that they need which is my financial expertise in investment. If they really believe that I am an expert, it means that I am a multi billionaire also .May be not in money but in knowledge. Let me say financial knowledge. These, they cannot do for themselves with the money but can buy the services with their money and that is what they intend to do at this point. At that moment I remembered you and what you may say to me if you are there to encourage me. I then told myself “Jamie I am sure you can do this” .Anyway, I did it because they openly made me the proposal right at the meeting.

While the meeting was going on, they told me that they are aware that my client (The Investor) promise to make me a proposal after the meeting but they will make the proposal  open here and will need me to decide on it. They explained that they will need my service in this business after which they want to invest their proceed with the investment company I work for under my Fund Management .They made me to understand that it will be a short term business and they are not sure if they can commit me to it for the period of the business by offering to pay for my service through the company as investor. If they are to partner with me in this business for commission/percentage which means I will be in the business on percentage instead of as a fund manager working for Transword Investors. They told me that their US partners who are investor with Fidelity that I started this meeting with in Texas advised them that I am the best to do this for them. My client(The investor) here told them that I am the best for this which is why they want me and are ready to give me 10% commission from the business even when they are not supposed to pay.

The only hindrance here is that I do not have the right to sign any Private Partnership with any investor for my services while on the company’s assignment as a Fund Manager neither am I required to accept any payment outside my contracts Payment with the company .Since I did not know if the other partners of my client are aware of this, I did not give them my answer at the meeting but told them that it will have to wait till during the meeting tomorrow.

After the meeting, I spoke with the investor that came for mum’s funeral and explained to him the company’s policy. He told me that they all are aware of that but the offer  was a proposal to guarantee my commitment, services  and availability to the business .Being businessmen with business acumen, they have come to see that I may not readily be  available anytime they need my service if they continue with me on this consultancy arrangement. This was why they made this proposal to me.

I had to inform him at that point informed that since I will not be able to include my name in the partnership agreement as it is against the Company Policy and agreement with me as a Consultant Fund Manager, that I can only accept the offer if they permit me to use another name /person as my representative in the business. This person is my woman and is trusted by me. While her name represents me in the business, then I will guarantee them my services while my commission goes to me through her.

He said that there was no problem with that in fact that was what they are expecting me to say but they do not have the right to make such suggestion for me. We left everything until the meeting tomorrow when I will make it official to them for us to start signing the new partnership act which will specify my percentage commission in the deal as a partner. The good thing here is that the deal is 100% legal as I have studied the file over and over again.

After the meeting, I requested for the UAE investment/business guideline which they provided for me. Then I told them that I will need to speak to an attorney who will review all this with me as I am not based in Dubai and know little about the business and investment law. I contacted an attorney who is also an investor with Transword Investment International but lives here in Dubai and he told me to come right away to his office. I met with the attorney and gave him the business documents that I have the investment guideline, the soft copy memorandum of understanding and the soft copy of the SPA for the oil deal. I then explained the whole transactions to him in detail. I asked him to study the paper so that when I meet with him this evening we will discuss about it before I email my love.

When I met with him this evening, he started by congratulating me on the proposal .He told me that from all indication; they want me to work with them not necessarily as a staff of Transword Investment International but as a fund manager with investment and financial knowledge.

When I told him my intention to resign as staff of Transword Investment international, he said the most important thing, and I will quote him here “your idea of using your woman (You) as your representative partner in this business is the best thing that you did, it is also good that you and her do not presently bear the same surname or Transword will know’.

He continues by saying that the business will be there with my percentage going to me but after this particular transaction and they wish that their proceed should be managed together under my fund management with my new consulting firm, then they will have to come as a client registered with me .

By then i must have resigned from my work and can transfer the partnership to my name. He said it clearly that I should also bear in mind that with these men as client, I don’t need many clients  or investors when I open my consulting form having submitted my resignation so this is my opportunity to tie them down.

The good part is that the business agreement will not require your signature. It does not require your social security number. It does not require your bank detail. It does not require your passport or photograph. It only requires your name and address in-case the company decides to send the original Copy of investor certificate to you, so that it does not go to a wrong address. You can even give a P.O Box which is still okay if you have. It does not require anything that will commit you or anything serious just a name to represent me. This is all and why I need your address. This has always been the wish of my mum.  Do it for me.  Do it for mum.

Honey, while I was accepting this proposal, I only have you in my mind as the only partner that I can trust to use her name and address in the business .This will also give us the opportunity to make our business trips together when the time comes after I must have retired from active work and have established my business partnership with this Oil Moguls. Honey, I will appreciate if you keep this proposal private and to yourself for now until we are sure of it. This is presently for your ears alone and I know that I can trust you to keep any information I give you private when I asks you to.

WOW this guy really is a great writer.  I too have been attacked by Martino Dutch Santino.  I wonder if he ever reads the stuff we women put on this guy.  He really did write very beautifully.  Communicated for about 5 emails when a very good friend of mine who became suspiscious searched his name and WOW is right.  I had searched his name earlier but only found the Capital Funds/linkedin account none of you ladies stories.  I am smart thougth I would have never sent him money if he would have asked to smart for that crap.  I wonder why nobody can find him.  What a loser but as we all know we can't trust everybody so sorry he has scammed so many ladies.  Take Care and be Careful

These are the exact same emails I got from him/them almost 4 years ago.  I simply do NOT understand how a crime ring such as this is allowed to go on for years and years and nothing is ever done to stop them. OMG, where is the justice in this world.  I am so heartbroken to read that you innocent ladies are going through what I went through with "Michael Dolan" over 4 years ago.  Makes me sick to my stomach.
