Anyone find out who this is or what its from?  My boyfriend got a text from this number too.

Yeah, what did the text messages say?  My husband's bill shows he got a message from this number too.

My husband got a message on his phone from this number as well. If I am not mistaken I think it comes from Craigslist.

My message from that number was a fishing scam for Chase Bank information

My husband had this number on his phone bill. After seeing someones comment about Chase bank I remembered that we too have Chase and they texted him something.

So relax, I believe its the bank.

It is def a text from CHASE bank. When my bf re-set his password for the on-line account they sent him a code.

I think this is a scam.  I received this text message asking for my Chase info on a cell phone.  I don't use online banking or phone banking.  I didn't give this phone # to Chase, either.

It is a scam, I never gave out my phone number to CHASE bank but I got message from 242733 too. BEWARE!

I got the same message as well as messages from 76363 and 77893

This is not a scam - it is Chase bank.  Often if you log on to your Chase account from a different computer or clear your cache and the cookies are gone from your computer Chase bank requires that you identify your computer again by putting in a special pin code that they TEXT MESSAGE you from 242733.

Chase bank does NOT do that. It is a SCAM.

You are a scammer Nicole. Chase bank (like any other bank) has a user name/password/picture/phrase combo sign in.
It does not matter one bit if you use another computer or clear your cache/cookies. You just re-log in using two or more of the above.

Its for Chase Bank. I requested a text message to be sent to my phone (in lieu of an email)  in order to access my online account.

you guys are lame.  it is chase.  they send you a reauthorization code.  they will txt or email it to you.  i just did it.  stop being dumb.  not everything is a scam.  and they're not asking for information.  they're GIVING you information.  stop talking about things you know nothing about.
