Got my first call today was unable to pick it and as everyone else said there was no vm left. Checked this site before I called back and then didn't call back.

Called me today at work and asked if I owned a BMW X5 and said it would soon be out of warranty.  I told them I wasn't interested and they said "Thank you" and ended call.  No name calling or anything...  We'll see if they keep calling back.

As far as them calling and not answering people, it's an auto-dialer that routes calls to CSR's and if they are all on calls, it will drop your call and try again.

Just tell them you sold your car and now take a bus...  Although they may say they can warranty the bus you are on. hehe

When I see a number on my caller ID that I don't recognize I always answer like it is a business.  "Thank you for calling Legacy (this is the fake company I use), this is Jenny (this is the fake name I use) how may I help you.  If they ask for me (real name) I just say she doesn't work hear anymore - I have no forwarding information.  That usually stops the calls when they think they have reached a business.

I just get silence-but not pleased about getting woken early on a weekend. WTF?

Yep, just the same as all of you-They keep calling me..started about 9 months ago and wont stop..I call back and get an automated answer(if I want my # off their calling list,please state my 10 digit phone #). I have done this every time they call me ( EVERY F---N' Time) and still they dont quit!If I knew who they were I would smash every phone they had or call them every day and bug them back...this is bulls--t...I actually called the (National Auto Division) and asked about this. They repied this is a # out of california and they are of the New Jersey area....tell me they know nothing about this. Has anyone gotten an extended warranty from this company or agreed to the warranty...think about that,then we would be able to actually find out what company this is...but until they actually speak to me I cant go with this idea.

Keep getting calls from this number as well on my work phone and they never leave a message but call several times a week.  I've answered before and it just hangs up so sure it's not any legit business.

This caller has called several times in the last 2 weeks; when I answer--hangup by caller follows in a few seconds; when I called the number I got an open line with minimal static.  I run a business out of my home  and do not have time for nonsense calls

these people call every day and usually wake me, no one answers. i dont know what their problem is as my wife works days and i leave the phone on if she has car problems on the way home. this is getting out of hand.

got a call from them today. when i answered i could hear talking and stuff in the back round. had to say hello 5 times before they said anything. when they did finally answer they asked for me by name. when i said that this was him they said that they where from the National Automotive Division and it was concerning our car. they said the exact make and modle when i said i wasnt interested he got rude and said "you have no idea what this is concerning do you." i said no he said "not at all" i said no he said "no idea" i said fine what then he goes "oh now you want to know" i said sure y not then he says " we will be picking up your call next week" then hangs up sad part is they are prolly reading the stuff posted on here and laughing there ass off hope they call againg really wanted to buy from them to damn the bad luck lol

Same story for me.  I answer and only get dead air and then a hang up.  They are calling at night after my kids are in bed. How rude!

Hummmm...very interesting. I too, have been getting calls from this number. I answered once and no one was there. It sounds to me that it might be a money scam. If they're trying to sell car warranties...then that's what they are after...money. I have been getting calls from this number for a very long time. Whenever the phone rings, I always check to see who it is. If it is NAD...I will let the phone ring. Don't even give them the satisfaction of answering your phone. No matter what you all try to do (including me)...they will always find a way to reach your house. Scary, but true. Just do your best to try and ignore the situation.

JUST GOT A CALL FROM A LADY - MY FATHER ANSWERED MY PHONE And I asked if he'd ask them to leave a message.  They left no message but would call back.  BTW  I drive a Honda and a bought a Honda for it's reliability so if this is about extended warranty I AM NOT INTERESTED.

It's a fraudster, they probe for information, make model whatever in an attempt to follow up with more information to get personal information from you.  I would advise to call your carrier and block this number, to avoid any sort of communication with them,

Received a call from N.A.D. earlier today.  I've found that telling the person who is harassing you that you are recording the call works great to get them to stop calling you.  Once they ask for me, I simply respond with, "Yes.  You are speaking to (state my name) and according to state law, I have to inform you that I am recording our conversation.  Any and all information I obtain will be used in an appropriate manner to file an official lawsuit against your company.  Now, what was it you wanted to discuss with me?"  They will end the call and  you will be placed on the Do Not Call list.  It's a great technique and has worked every time for me.  Good luck!

Why do these people waste there time all day calling people who do not want to talk to them?? I was called at my place of business by 323-372-6392. I asked what company he was with, he said he'd rather not say. I said I will not talk to you if you can't tell me your company name. He said never mind I'll call you at home later!!!! The next time I see that number pop up I will blow a loud whistle in the phone. Apparently the phone co. can't do jack!! So we should take it into our own hands...be creative :)

Why is it that at the end of this comment page there is an advertisement for extended car warranties?? Maybe the caller and this page are one in the same...hmmm

When I receive phone calls from a number I do not recognize, I let my answering machine record the call.  If the caller does not leave a message, I DO NOT return the call.  This number, 323-372-6392, called me at least twice a day for 2 months.  I don't let it bother me, I just don't answer.  There are many [***] like these guys out there.  IGNORE THEM!

I have been getting these calls too and I have an unlisted number. When I call the number back it is busy. It comes in as N A D. It is not related to bill collection as I have none to collect. They don't leave a message. I have never actually picked up one of the calls as I don't do that unless I know who is calling. They have been calling me for about 2 weeks in December of 2009. Very annoying. I've done a lot of research and have come up with nothing.
