can someone please stop this? get calls from this number 10+ times per week. we see it on caller id and usually just ignore. today i tried to answer to tell them to STOP, and i was hung up on. i tried to call back for a while and can only get a busy signal.

Just got a call from 323-372-6392 on New Years Day at 1:55 P.M.  I said hello and a man asked for me by the last name. I asked who was he, how did he get my number and why was he calling. He made a smart remark as and acted to be offended because I asked the questions. He threatened to call back everyday, and several times a day because I made him angry. Well I got angry too and cursed him out. If I wanted someone to have my number, I would have given it to them personally. It is rude to obtain someone's number and call them if they have not extended you an invitation!

I have repeatedly called and asked to be put on the no call list and this Warranty Division continues to call several times a day. They will NOT stop calling! This is harassment

I suspect that it is an ACORN agent working for NAD. They get to count the call as long as you answer it - and they don't even have to say a thing to get paid for the call.

I just called their "Sales & Marketing" div. I asked the person who answered,  Mr G, if they were "NAD". He responded, "Yes".
I told him that I had been receiving calls from 323-372-6392 NAD. He asked what the calls were about. I told him that the last several calls were hang-ups. I told him that three weeks ago that number called me and a lady asked if "I still owned my xxx vehicle and would I be interested in an extended warrantee". I explained to her then and Mr G today that I was not interested and to take my number off of their list. She promised to do so. Obviously, she did not.
Mr G promised to do so also.
I suggest that all of you who have been receiving these harassing calls from
323-372-6392 NAD, should call 800-430-4428 and Give Them H---.
p[s - as i was typing this in, I received ANOTHER call from NAD that was a hang up.

They keep calling my house and I told them I wasnt inerested. They wont stop calling my house.

I am assured of getting calls from Barrier Windows and NAD at least daily.  I never answer, always screen my calls.  You'd think MAYBE they'd realize they have no chance of speaking with me - none - and give up.  That no call list works to some extent but not with these clowns. Go AWAY already!

Same issues as everyone else -- they call and call, even if you tell them to stop. I don't pick it up anymore. I've never even owned the car they're calling about. The caller wasn't rude or foul-mouthed, but it sounds like this happens a lot, so now I REALLY won't answer it. I hope something official is done about this.

I always check my caller ID and not pick up calls from callers like NAD. This evening, I was expecting a call from a classmate and mistakenly answered the call. A male caller was asking specifically for me, when I said "yes", he hung up. Then, I went to my caller ID and found that call was from NAD.
As many said, my caller ID shows NAD called all the time... Annoy!

We have 1 hang up call last night and  2 hang-up calls tonight. No one comes on the line. It does sound like someone is listening though.

For a very long time now i have been getting the same call and when i call it back i get a busy signal most the time. a few times i have gotten this message telling me to say my number to be put on the do not call list for that company or what ever they are. i have done this several times thinking what harm could it do sense they all ready got my number. well it dont work they still call. i am the do not call registry list so im getting pretty mad by now. but i did find out about this number you can call to block a single number from calling you. not sure if it cost but it might be worth it sense no one can find out who these people are. the number is *60 then follow the prompt. hope this helps everyone.

I would suspect that the whole plan is to annoy people, or scare them, and get them to purchase a phone number look up from one of the advertisers listed at the bottome of this post.
They can monitor the post and laugh up their sleeves at all of us victims.

This number calls at least 10 times a day. When I do answer , no one is there-dead air for a few seconds then it goes busy!

I assume this is a cold caller person that works for somebody that sells something nobody wants. They have to prove they tried to make the contact but they don't really want to hear you get mad so they just hang up.

keep getting the same number calling me. this sucks.  ou try calling back and it rings no answer or is busy

i can't find out who these knuckleheads are either.got 2 calls in 1 hour today from 2 different operators 1 gal and 1 guy. these people do not react well to refusal to share vehicle information. the guy went off on me and i will not stop until i find out who these people are and the company they represent and then i am turning them in to the atty general and the better business bureau. when i find out info i will post it on this site.they should not be allowed to continually harass people !!!

searched other complaint sites and found that NAD (national auto division)has a long history of making harassing phone calls like we all are experiencing !
my search shows NAD based in NJ "sells" automobile warranties and contact 800-430-4428 however also found that complaining to this number doesn't seem to help much ! other web sites suggested getting this number BLOCKED was the only sure fire way to stop calls! i don't know how they ever got my vehicle info but these are the RUDEST people i have ever had call me and they need to be stopped !!!
