They call me 3 times in a day and I told them to stop calling me and they keep calling after I told them please don't call here again.

this is rediculous, cannot someone do something about these people. We get these calls 2-3 times a day, if you call the # back enough times, eventually it will be answered by a machine. What age are we living in where machines can harrass us, this is not "THE MATRIX"  is it???

This number is calling me constantly.  No one answers and then they hang up.  When trying to call it back, I ge a busy signal.  This can NOT be legal and very harrassing.  I googled the number which led me to this sight.  The number is 323-372-6392.

I just called the service provider. It is PAC-West Telecom. the problem is that they only provide wholesale service. They sell a number that can then be sold to someone else. The company requests that you give them your personal info and request that you be taken off the list. I don't understand why they can't just disconnect this number, but for whatever resaon, they can't. I suggest that people just start overwhelming them with phone calls, perhaps they will find a way. the number for PAC -West is 1-800-511-9048. I did not give my personal info, because I don't know who is getting it, and I already don't trust the people associated with the N A D number. My advice, give Pac-West some incentive to investigate and CALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So like everyone else on here...we receive a call from NAD at least 3 times a week. When I answer they just hang up...so I called them back and a machine answered. If you want to be taken off the calling list call the number back and it will tell you to leave your phone #...then I guess you're taken off the list. I'm crossing my fingers that it works lol

I got the same call for weeks now. There is one trick I’ve done and for this it requires a computer, a modem card with caller ID feature and a free program phone tray that you can download it here http://www.phonetray.com/downloads.htm and scroll down the page until you find this section “PhoneTray Free 1.37″.

Once downloaded, you plug your phone line into your computer and you phone into your computer. Then each phone calls coming in can be filter using phone tray. You can also have a message play for a specific number and you can record your own as well. very handy program.

Just got a call from them too, I didn't pick up but I did call back and right away it goes to a message saying

"Hello you have reached the warranty division, fi you would like to be added to the do not call list please say your 10 digit number. Thank you and have a nice day"

So I guess just call the number and speak your numbers and they don't call you anymore.

very similar situations but this number (323-372-6392) is phoning my desk number - no answer when i answer the phone and whenever i call it back i get a fast busy or no connection and then my desk phone disconnects the call - caller id identifies it as a los angeles, ca caller - no company name

This is a business out of Los, California area, and the people that work there, threaten to call me any time and I don't know why they insist I need a auto service contract re-newal on a car I have never owned my entire life. When they call you, wait a few quiet seconds, after you pick up. When He/She answers ., 0...Let them know by saying, NATIONAL AUTO Division. They will get very upset by letting them know, you know, who they are!         Report   NAD

I get this call everyday and when I called the number back it askes if  I wanna be on the do not call list and I gave my number and said don't call back. As if that worked. I got another call from them. What is up with this??

I have gotten these calls and they appeared on my caller I.D as NAD! is it National Association of the Deaf? National Advertising DIvision? who knows............ it sounds like the deaf because they never speak!

Call often and hang up. I have unlisted number.

Got a call today from Dan O'Keef (not sure on spelling).  Wanted to extend the warranty on my car.  He has no ID #.  When I informed him of my number being on the do not call list he said, "well that must be nice."  I expained that he was breaking the law by calling and could be fined for each offense.  He became very rude told me he would put me on the do not call.  I explained that I  have asked several times before and was also sick and tired of the abandoned calls.  He said, "Get over it"  and hung up on me.  I am reporting him and this number to the FCC and for punitive damages.  I suggest you do the same if you are sick of these calls.

Caller ID says N A D.  I thought it was National Auto Division, but their in NJ and this call is from Los Angeles, CA.  I am convinced that National Auto Division is not involved even though these scammers do try to get your payment information and sell supposed car warranty extensions.  Most times they hang up on me, but they talk to my mom.  Little do they know she's smarter than 90% of california put together, so we've got nothing to worry about other than annoyances.

Called and asked what kind of car I drive I have a 1977 f250. The rep said I was a liar and not a good one since the f250 wasn't made in 1977!!!! Got me mad and I tracked them down

Sounds like some sort of scam to me.
