Same as everyone else.  They call, I answer, no one there.  I couldn't get through on the number from my caller ID so I called the 800 number from a previous post. Ray was very nice and said they will put me on a DNC list. Should take 24-48 hours.  Thanks everyone for the information.  Hope this does the trick!

Tired of having these people call every night..I am on the do not call list  Want them to stop

We've been getting calls from the same number - again, it's about renewing magazine subscriptions.

Called the 800-456-5105 number and was treated politely and removed from the list. We'll see how it goes, but seems legit.

As annoying as it is to get these automated calls, on the other end it's just people trying to earn a living renewing subscriptions. Better than stealing, especially knowing how bad things are out there.

Caller ID indicates that we have gotten phone calls from EBSCO Teleservices every day, sometimes morning, sometimes evening.  Would like for these calls to stop.

Listen for whoever reads this ebsco is contracted directly through any magazine they call you about call your mags circulation department and ask ....and since you dingy people dont get it the mag already sent things throgh the mail as a last resort they have people call....and they call within the states regulated hours so stop whining they dont know your bedtime or dinner time and you know what sunday is legal to call so suck it up the economy is horrific and everyone has to work to pay for thigs so get over yourself and if its collections pay your bill you bum .....but grow up dont call and cuss that will resolve nothing for you .....and before you get all crazy remember there was a guy who threatend a telemarketer not too long ago and got jail time so watch your mouth.....

when you cant get a single job anywhere because ohio is a suck ass state and drains peoples lives into nothing...sometimes we have to resort to calling people every day to offer them discounted prices on magazines that they already subscribe to

I had been getting called daily on my cell phone. I called the toll-free number mentioned here. They picked up immediately, were polite, and added me to the DNC list without any fuss.

I am sick and tired of this damn place calling me over and over every night!

calls at inconvenient times; we are older, and not well, and do not appreciate the untimely calls.  We have caller ID and let the answering machine take the call, but the ringing wakes us from much needed naps.

I have been receiving at least 2 calls per day, 7 days per week for the past 2 weeks, including late evenings and weekends.  As per the advice here, I called the 800#.  I was very pleasantly surprised that someone a) answered right away b)was very polite and transferred me to customer service when I asked to be put on their do not call list and c) actually stopped calling me.  They also answered me when I asked what the calls were in regards to.  In my case, it was Family Fun magazine.  They were so polite it *almost* made me want to do business with them.  Too bad they hung up on me at least a half dozen times when they had called

WOW!!! I called the 1800 number suggested above and was told it was from a magizane company..... i too told them to take me off this list... lets see what the 24 hours will do as i was told it would only take 24 hours...

They've been calling for quite some time now, DAILY, and although I do not respond ever and they never leave a message there doesn't appear to be a limit on the ammount of times it is generated to attempt contact.
I'm on the Do NOT call list as well.

I WANT THEIR CALLS TO DESIST IMMEDIATELY.
