they have called me 10 TIMES today without leaving a message...EXTREMELY ANNOYING

I get calls from this number (330-492-2913)virtually every day.  Please stop!  I do not take calls from unknown callers or telemarketers. Plus, I am both retired and disabled and do not have any money.  I am not interested in purchasing anything whatsoever.  Please remove my name and number from your call list.

rec'v two calls every day from 330.492.2913. I want this to stop, immediately.

I receive calls 3 to 4 times a day from this number (330-492-2913), I only answered 1 time and didn't get a response. I never answered again but that did't stop the calls. Stop Calling!!!!!!!

maybe you guys should pick up and be polite. I too was getting frustrated at first, and I picked up to a very polite young lady calling with one of my favorite magazines at a very low price too. After hearing their pitch, if still not interested, politely decline. Remember, these people calling you may be from an annoyingly persistant company, but the actual people are people just like us! they're just working- its their job!

I called the number to see what the calls were about. Turns out it was for my shape magazine. I told them I was on the Do Not Call list and asked why they were still calling me. The lady I spoke to was very polite and explained that because Shape had done business with me in the past 18 months (and they are contracted by Shape to handle renewals) they are legally allowed to call me. She said that it would not be a problem to remove my number from Ebsco's list and I have not received any more calls. I did some research and it turns out the "business" loophole is legitimate. All you have to do to get them to stop calling you is ask that your number be taken off the list. It's not difficult.

They keep calling everyday, about the same time.
And there is no one on the other line.

They called me every day for months.  Finally answered and wanted me to buy a magazine. I said sure, send me a bill.  Now I get the magazine and they keep calling because I haven't paid the bill.

Has anyone filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Birmingham AL?  That is my next step before these people send me over the edge!!  Hoping this will stop any more Bill Collection notices and Phone calls.  They never speak when I pick up the phone nor do they leave a message.  I will however try the 1-800 number to be put on a DO NOT CALL list but, I think they still need to be reported of these practices.  And YES, my magazine subscription is PAID but, I keep receiving Bills!!

Call every single day and at different times, including evenings and weekends.  Make them stop!

I use to work at EBSCO, every time you do not renew, someone gets fired for it [LIKE ME]. I have 4 kids and now they are starving and I am on a public computer to announce this. Think of all the people you are putting out of business because you do not want to renew ONE magazine. It is pathetic to be thinking of yourselves before the innocent representative that has a quota. Now I understand ridiculous priced vacations or stuff like that, but a magazine subscription? Thank you guys for bringing my family down!

Sorry Ralph, but that was absolutely pathetic.  I'm not just going to keep a subscription going, so you can keep your job.  That's just "spending money for the sake of spending money".

STOP the calls...calls come in almost each day.I am on 'no-call' list but these seem to ignore the rules.

These people call constantly! It is extremely annoying, we are also on the do not call list, I guess they don't care.

Stop calling your morons!  What good is being on do not call list when you continue to rec. computer generated calls from these offensive basturds!!!!!!!!!

I called 330-945-4146 and instructed them to remove my # from thier list . the guy said he would... now I'll wait and see......
