I worked at ebsco All you have to do is ask to be put on the do not call list instead of hanging up on us or being mean just ask to be put on the list and it will be done.....

if you are already on the national donot call list..............they are breaking the law!!!!!!   you should not have to talk to them.... they are required to make there checck of numbers.  i have been on listr since itr started and have been getting calls from ebsco.  i am filing a complaint w/ the gov..     that is what the donot list is for.
I dont know about you all; but i pay for my phone service and dont need to be hassled by someone who does not have my permission to call!!!!!!  nuff said!

Calls twice a day.  Nothing said.  All they say is Hello!

Recently I have been receiving calls from this number and never a message left.  Is there an 800 # that connects them directly so I can tell them to place me on their dnc list?  My husband passed away 2 months ago and these calls started after his passing and he was NOT a magazine reader.

This number shows up on Caller ID every.  More recently at 8:49 P.M. CDT.  We are elderly and retire early, therefore the phone usually wakes us and we can't go back to sleep.  I want them to quit calling, period!

Calls everyday.  Even Sundays! Some days several times within 5 minutes.
This has been going on daily since June, it is now end of July.  How desperate can someone be for money to harrass innocent, peaceful people in their homes with their money mongering.  If we want to buy something, we'll look for them.  Make them go to hell! for their aggravating tactics.

Called and told we do not take telemarketing phone calls

This company calls my home 2-3 times daily.  Thank goodness I have caller ID, but just the constant calls are harrassing in themselves.  We never answer the telephone prior to checking caller ID, therefore, calls from this company, EBSCO Teleservice are never answered.

Calling on Sunday about magazine renewal, and call three for five times per week.

I get half a dozen calls from this number a day.  Please stop!

This number belongs to EBSCO Telemarketing.  Call them toll free at 1-800-456-5105 and ask them to not call you again.  They'll transfer you to customer service, ask the number they have been calling you at, and tell you that it may take as much as 48 hours to completely remove you from their database.  It's that easy, and they're very polite about it.

I just don't answer, but wish they would stop.

Called 800 number above, had same experience. Very polite individual said I would be removed from list within 48 hours.  Wish they were all this responsive!

Same thing here.  They were calling and no one was on the phone.  They called every day until I finally tracked them down through this site.  I called the toll free number to get off the list.

We will not be subscribing again to FIELD AND STREAM.

I, too, have been harrassed for weeks by Ebesco Teleservices. They call at the same time at least 2x daily and even on Sunday. I have answered only to have dead air meet my hello. Once someone did come on the line. I informed them that I feel harassed by their calls, and that I am on the Federal Do Not Call List. They hung up on me. Two days later, a Sunday, they are at it again! Please help me make them stop!

I answered the call finally, it was about renewing my OK magazine subscription. I didn't give any info by phone and asked for info through mail. I hope that stops the call.

This is a scum bag telemarketer company. When you answer the phone they do not answer. They have been calling my house for 2 weeks 3 or 4 times a day. Everyone please DO report it. They are in Canton Ohio.

I was getting these calls over and over again with no message.  After finding ohers' comments I simply called 800-456-5105 and was put through to cust. service.  Sharmaine was polite told me it was for a photography magazine I subscribe to.  I asked her to put me on the do not call list.  She said it takes 24/48 hours.
Too bad the company doesn't leave us all messages when called so we don't have to go through this nonsense!

I followed the advice here and just called and asked that they put my number on their DNC list.
We were getting multiple calls each day from them.  Very annoying!  Hopefully now it will stop.
