This number calls at least once everyday without leaving any message.  It's annoying!...

After receiving at least one call a day for weeks where they would hang up once my machine answered,
I finally called them back and politely asked to be removed from their list.
I was politely told it would take 24-48 hours.
Easy!

I get several calls daily and they don't leave a message.

Caller calls about everyday EBSCO is a cheap magazine subscription service that we utilized.  I pick up and no answer, They just lost all of my business! I will not buy form them anymore!

The company is Ebsco Teleservices in OH...800.456.5105 telemarketer for magazines.

I called the above number and they did identify themselves as EBSCO. I requestd they put my number on a "Do Not Call" (DNC) list. They said they did and it will be effective in 24 to 48 hours. I asked how long will the DNC be effective (they never had that question asked before)  and their reply was, the DNC is forever but only effective for the magazine they were calling about. I asked if there was a way to put a DNC on everything (another question that they were never asked before) and they replied they did not know if that was possible. SO...i may still get calls for different magazines, although i only had a subscription for one magazine, and i will continue to call back to be put on the DNC list. Hope this helps. Good luck.

I just called Ebsco's 1 800 456-5106 number and asked, politely, if they could put our number on their do not call list, and the person who answered, very politely, told me he would switch me to customer service and that they could help me.  Customer service answered and I asked again and she said sure, just give me your phone number and I can remove it.  She did say they were calling for a truck magazine my husband had purchased and cancelled when the subscription ran out.

Stop calling my house wont stop them

Hey, these idiots left their own cell phone numbers right on the internet. go to their website... and look for the 330 area code contact and you'll find the culprit behind this. Call her cell... email her... fill all of her voice and message boxes up. Lets' see how she like it!

Hey, idiot at the top saying he can call me whenever he wants because I did business with him?  Well... I have done no business with you.  I don't buy magazines and I have NEVER given my number out.  I have just reported your message above and your incessant calls to the government and to my lawyer and one more call and I OWN you... and you're not going to like being owned by me!

Our phone number is on the do not call list, and still these people call every day. How can we get removed from their list.

I get their calls every night around 8;00 to 8;30. Sometimes no one answers. Tonight they asked for John. I asked the girl that called if I could talk to her. She said yes. I asked her to remove my number from their phone list. She yes. We'll see what happens in the next few nights.

Typically calls 1- 2x per day, and NEVER STOPS CALLING... I hope they know what the "DO NOT CALL" list is.

As others have pointed out, this is a company hired to renew subscriptions. In my case, I found out they were calling on behalf of a professional journal subscription.  They will remove your number from their list if you call and request.  They can also inform you who "hired" them.
