I get several calls a day from this number, even though I'm on the No Call Registry. They must not get penalized for these violations. Then why have a No Call Registry?

I get calls two, or three times a day from this number, it's ridiculous!

Calls coming in on the average of four to five a day. I'm working on my computer in another room. By the time I get to the phone they have hung up. I want my number to be taken off of there list.

My husband has been getting calls about a subscription to History magazine. He is 83 years old and dying. They calm he signed up for a life time membership? He received a bunch of junk in a wooden case. We would like to return the case and also cancel the membership. Lifetime membership at 83????

Suddenly we are receiving calls from the above number.
No human voice is ever heard.  
How did our phone number get on their records?
How do I get rid of this intrusive company ASAP?

I finally turned this number 330-492-2913 into the National Do not Call Registry. I have repeatedly asked these ppl. to put me on their 'Do Not Call' list, and they said "NO".
We still get at least one call each night from 8:00-8:30 MST. It appears from these posts that this company has been obnoxious for at least two years.

Call comes in, but no one on other line.  I have National No Call in place.

multiple calls per day. No mesage. No response when I pick up the call. I would like to be on a no call list, if available.

Why not simply leave a message?  Unfortunately, I am so annoyed by multiple calls I would hesitate to renew any company (magazine subscription) that condones such "in your face" business practices.

Kadeem, With the fabulous attitude you displayed in your lovely rant... it is miraculous you have a job, at all!  Perhaps, If you had an ounce of creativity you would forward these posts to your manager with the suggestion that leaving messages might be beneficial to your clients and their subscribers.  In turn it could be an overall more successful / cost effective practice for your company.

are pests. Should be swatted with a big fine. Stop Calling

Ebsco Teleservice  has  called  me  94  times  since December.
They  start  yelling on my recorder:   "Linda,  are you there?"  
Other  times  they  just  call my name.   It's  turned into a  battle of
wills.   I can be as  stubborn as they are.    They can  keep calling
from now until 2030  and I'm not going to answer!!!

I work everyday. I am not setting at a desk all day long. When I come home, on a continous I am getting calls from EBSCO TELESERVICE. I go go bed early and am really sick of the calls. As a last resort I will take my caller ID to the local police department show them how many calls I have gotten an d file a charge against them.
