Calls 2x a day for weeks! Normally I let it ring,  pick up and hang, up or hit the ## several times in row...today I heard a snotty "are you going to do this every day?" yes, yes I am! I found they are trying to sell magazines renewals...since I do not subscribe to any magazines, I figure it s a cold call...I am not interested at all ever. Esp. at supper time!

Your calls are pesty, rude, and a nuiance.  Don't  call me again.

They call but since I have the calls on don't disturb they don't leave message and hangup.

After reading the other reviews, found the number to call to ask to be removed from their call list... (330) 492-5105. I got through immediately, spoke to a very nice representative who asked my phone number then confirmed my name and the magazine they were calling on behalf of. Very legit and she was polite and removed me from their list. While these calls are often annoying, at least these people were friendly and willing to help -- a far cry from most!

2 or 3 calls a day. So tired of this! Really wish the no call lists worked.

This company calls us two to three times a day.  We are being harassed by this company

Have received voicemail messages from 330-492-2913 for some time now.  Never states what they want, just ask for me by name.  Do not leave a number but caller id helped me identify a phone number.  When I called it, a msg said they were not taking calls.  Since I am on the "do not call" list, I have reported them to the "Do Not Call" registary.

I have ignored countless calls over the past month. After reading the posts listed at 800notes, I just called the 1-800-456-5105 and was transferred to Customer Service. I was told the calls are in reference to Vegetarian Times magazine which expired. They are very nice, but they should leave a message to say why they are calling, instead of always leaving no message. Anyway, the calls will be stopped within 24-48 hours. I said I have no intention of renewing the subscription. I got no argument or effort to change my mind. Next, I will contact the magazine and bawl them out. So apparently, these calls are regarding magazine subscriptions that have expired.

They were calling on behalf of a local business.  I know the owner well.  They have NEVER left a message or talked to me.  I sent him an email telling him how ineffective  and annoying they are.  She told me that it would take at least 24 hours to take me off the list.

I find it interesting.  I just booked a block of rooms with Holiday Inn Express in Largo MD yesterday.  Today I get this unknown call, which I have chosen to not call back.  I then punch this number into "Who Calls Me" and low-and-behold there is a Holiday Inn Express advertisiement.  My theory is that Holiday Inn Express is receiving free advertising from "Who Calls Me" and "Who Calls Me" is receiving monetary provisions and  kick backs from telemarketers who buy call lists from them.  My flags are up, re: the real purpose of "Who Calls Me".  Be careful out there folks; we just might be the ones feeding the beast.

I've been getting three calls a day from this number with no messages left. Most calls are late in the day, after 7 p.m. I called the number back today and got a woman who was a bit snotty when I told her I never subscribed to any magazine through "Ebsco". She said they work with hundreds of magazine services, like I should have known that. Then she asked for my phone number to look up my "account" to take it off their call list. I asked what magazine they were calling about and she said she didn't have that information (despite looking up my "account"). Three calls a day, and at night, is harrassment. I should have asked her for her home phone number and told her I would be calling her at 8 p.m. every night.

Do Not Call doesn't help.  We have been registered since its conception.  Solicitors find ways around it, such as saying they are not selling anything, they are offering a service.  All garbage.  Ebsco calls days, evenings and weekends.  We do not answer, but we work odd hours and it wakes us out of needed sleep which cannot be recouped.  There should be some way to stop them. I NEVER buy or use a service from any company that solicits over the phone, even if I like their product.  They should have no right to intrude.

I say the same thing.  And sometimes much worse.

They seem to be back, just received a late evening call from this number.

Has called five times in the last hour, even though I block their number. Do they not get the point ? How can I tell them that I am a Do Not Call number?

Dear business owner using EBSCO TeleServices to solicit me please read.
Have called every week night for 2 weeks at 8:45pm I have answered last 4 nights ME: "hello, hello, hello, hello, hello" then click THEY HANG UP no one responds just click. THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR... money well spent? probably not huh.

Please tell Robo Dialer that if it dials EVERY DAY AT THE SAME TIME and NOBODY EVER ANSWERS there is probably some kind of reason like nobody is home, they are preoccupied, or maybe THEY ARE TRYING TO SLEEP. But since Robo is a machine maybe your callers could try answering the people that they are calling when they do answer... Just Sayin
