Thanks Fred,  I called and got a CSR who was very polite.  She said I get their calls because I have a magazine subscription which is about to expire.  I advised her to take me off their list and how annoyed I with them calling me me 2-4 times a day.  The DNC list is not a factor since the calls are in reference to a magazine I currently subscribe to.  Wish me luck.  As I was talking to her EBSCO WAS ON THE LINE CALLING ME AGAIN :).

3 calls already this morning! What can I do to stop this?

I am on the no call list.  Please take me off your call list. I don't appreciate getting calls at 8:00 - 9:00 at night.

I recieve at least 3 calls a day with no msg.

Calling to get your number removed sounds like a good idea, until you realize that you got rid of them, but they sold your number to others.  After I did that all of a sudden my phone would not stop ringing with all kinds of telemarketers.  I have never gotten a subscription from anyone other than the original publisher so why are they calling here 4-5 times every day, I mean 7 days a week.  I have not done business with anyone else who would be looking to sell me anything over the phone.  I have blocked them but that does not seem to stop them from continuing to call me.  I go to the phone because all of my grown children and grandchildren live out of state with some on the east coast and some on the west coast therefore we get phone calls at all hours.  My phone does ring once before the call is blocked so I do hear it.

get 2 calls every night about 8-9 p.m.  no messages left.  blocked number but they are still calling even though the block stops the call, it rings once and shows up on caller ID.  

how can these companies keep calling when my number is on the DO NOT CALL list supposedly monitored by the US government.

I get called at least 5 times day and night to at least 9PM.. even on weekends, I am a dying man I don't need this harrassment.
this started mid November and inform the the caller to take me out of their call list. Request was ignored and it seems they got more determined to keep calling, This is more of a form of harrassment now!!

same here, calls & calls no message--id says ebsco teleservices.  I am on do not call so why am I getting these calls

To get your number removed from this list, call 330-492-5105. They are polite and helpful. I found the number online under Ebsco. Another site gave 800-456-5105 to have your number removed, but the 800 number has been disconnected.

The simple solution is to block their calls.  Problem solved......☺

A simple solution is to block their phone calls if your phone system has that capability.  I have blocked them on my Panasonic system, when they call the phone rings only once, and they get a busy signal.

As for all of the Ebsco employees who are posting here, GET A REAL JOB!

No mystery who called; caller ID clearly shows: Ebsco Teleservice. We couldn't answer it... we have a Digitone call blocker set to block everything but local calls... but I check the machine now and then to see if someone called that we want to talk.

This company has been calling me several times a day for several weeks now and they never leave any messages on my answering machine.  I am very tired of this and want it to stop!!!

Stop it.

I have received calls from this number at least twice a day for the past two months.  They don't leave a message and they don't pick up even when I answer the call.
