They called me three times today and hung up on me.

Have gotten 9 calls from this number today, same story about cancelling our yellow pages ad. Several different men called. Got very vulgar when they found out one man here was my husband. I threatened their "quality control manager" with a sexual harrassment suit if the calls didn't stop.

Some guy called and said he was from the Yellow Pages cancellation dept.  I told him that I wasn't interested, and he said "F#$@ You!" and hung up.

Scammers don't care about the Do Not Call list - they probably don't even have access to it.

Same as above with the yellow pages.  I didn't catch on at first, because I did cancel our listing in the yellow pages awhile back but they said that it was in there for the year and wouldn't run the following year.  I thought they were just confriming that we wouldn't be in the 2012 edition.  It wasn't until I was transferred to the american speaking woman that she said something about the online listing.  That is what clued me in.  We never did an online listing.  She said I signed up 2 years ago and the first year was free.  Now I need to cancel and pay for the second year.  I said I never signed up and asked why I wasn't billed at the beginning of the second year (why would they give me a service/listing for a year and bill me after the fact?)  Suddenly the line went dead.  A few minutes later the indian guy called back and told me I didn't receive my confirmation number for cancelling and completely butchered my name.  I told him no one by that name was here and I had no idea what he was talking about and he hung up.

A man with an heavy accent (Indian?) called my business.  Said they wanted to confirm that I wanted to cancel my yellow pages ad.  I said which yellow pages ad?  What's the name of your corporate parent?  he laughed and hung up.

Man with heavy accent called saying he was with the National Medical Service and would be mailing
me a me a new card that would be required with my regular medicare card. He then wanted to  vertify
that he was speaking to the correct person so he would need my SS number.  When I questioned him
about his name and where he was calling from he asked me what I intended to do with the information.
I reversed the question and asked him what he intended doing with my information.  Of course I did not
give it to him.  He hung up.  Be very careful.  It appears that several to many scams are being
conducted by the same people.

Like the others I received a phone call from 347-418-0489 this morning from this number.  The same thing.  The Indian gentleman said that the owner from our company called a week ago about canceling the yellow pages ad which nobody called and we never have done any business with them. He wanted to transfer me to there cancellation department as the next step, we never got that far as I asked him what the number was for that department. He said that he had the number but could not give it out, I insisted on getting that number then he got mad and hung up on me. It's another scam!

I'm tired of these guys, this is there new twist to scam money.

They call me several times a week.  I answered today to tell them off and as soon as I answered with "hello" they hung.

A CALL FROM YELLEW PAGES. SAID I OWED THEM $499.00. WE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

I've gotten 10 calls from this number with the same BS.
Interestingly , the caller ID on this # says " Queens New York, Rikers Island" Rikers Island is a prison.

We received phone calls from this number for 2 days.  The lady said it was for online service with yellowpages.  If I put the woman on hold and she kept calling back.  She told me that we owed them $499.99 for a 2 year contract we had with them, they gave us the first year free but then we owe them the money for the 2nd year.  We kept asking who agreed to this and they couldn't give us a name.  Nor would they agree to send us the paperwork until we agreed that we were cancelling the service.  Our IS manager actually got on the phone with them and ended up hanging up because the lady kept talking in circles.

The woman just ended up calling back and I told her that I am aware of her scam and I want them to remove us from their list.  She ended up hanging up on me and I'm hoping we won't be receiving calls from them again.

This company has been calling my business for months. They say that are from the Yellow Pages and that it is about my cancellation request. I quickly tell them that I did not request any cancellation (because I would be the one to tend to these matters). Then, the minion of a man kept cutting me off. I told him he was a disgrace to his mother. He then called back numerous times just to curse back at me. Professional huh? That's what we get when scams are outsourced.

Same story here in Florida. This number is repeatedly calling my husband and demanding $500 for a fictional yellow pages ad. He's having the cell company block their number.

Just got the same call for the cancellation of yellow page add, wanted to speak to manager, spoke to me, told them I didn't place any ad, they said they had it right there, I said "no you don't", then the woman (who could barely speak english) said that Jimmy told her to call.  I said "Jimmy who?" and she hung up.  Don't fall for this one.  It was a good laugh for the day, hope people don't fall for it.

They called the bookstore here and told me my boss had cancelled the YellowPages account with them. She rattled off the correct name and address. When she said I had to answer ONLY YES to the following questions when she transfered me I knew something was wrong. I hung up and they called back 5 times. My boss finally answered and they asked for me. When she said that she was the boss and they could talk to her, they hung up and haven't called back yet. Really annoying people.

My grandmother just fell for this scam.  They told her it was against the law to not give her the information.  She is 87.  She was in the middle of giving them her bank account info when i walked in the room and hung the phone up.  Very scary!

Tired of them calling...silence...call at least once a week!

This guys been bugging me for months, sometimes no one is on the phone. He has threatened me also. I just want him to stop, I don't give him any info
