Report a phone call from 407-658-4336 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- Manteca, CAThis number frequently calls my phone. Most recent call from this # on 3/30/09 @7:47 pm. I did not PU, they did not leave a message. they have made repeated calls. Per messages posted, I also get solicitations & warnings in the mail re auto warranties. Why doesn't the DA in Orlando knock on their door?
- GetalifeWe are also on the DNC list and we seem to get more calls then before. It is nothing to have 4 or 5 messages left about your warranty expiring from phone #407-658-4336, Florida. Today I thought I would take the call and press "1" after several minutes I pressed "1" continuously until a male answered and I politely asked him to take us off the list and further more..." and he acted like a two year old and said "any furthur more and further more" I said "listen I have your number" and he said "and further more" so I hung up. Googled the number to find these idiots dont have a life and filed a complaint with the Federal
Trade Commission 877-382-4357. Everyone needs to file their complaints and these birds can be investigated and charged. - jackodirtbags...leave no message...call all the time
- dhwhy do we even bother with the DNC list? And... how the hell do these guys get away with this [***]? My auto warranty is expiring?.... geez. I drive a 1989 Toyota. I can just see the look on the service mgrs face when I come in for a new engine and numerous other parts saying "it's under warranty" after 250,000 miles.
- CarolI reported this number to FTC today. The man at FTC was very helpful (once I got to him, there is an automated interview process first).
Apparently, they are aware of this number, but he couldn't tell me what's going on in the investigation.
Please do call them and report the number!! 1-877-382-4357
He also gave good info re: these calls in general
--Do not negotiate with sales callers.
--Do not let them know you are annoyed with them. The scammers will keep calling just to childishly harass you.
--Do not EVER give out any personal info; name, number, address, DOB, SS number, credit card numbers, the type of car you have, etc. If they are legit, they will have the info they need already.
--If possible, do not answer calls if you do not know who is on the other line. It will be annoying to hear the phone ringing a lot, but eventually they will drop you from their calling cycle.
--If you ever do pick up a sales call, expect more. Your number will be sold to others.
--Only legitimate businesses honor the DNC registry. The fines for calling people on the do not call list are very high. Legitimate businesses do not want to incur those fines. Scammers use fake addresses, re-routed numbers, etc., so they are slippery to catch and will risk it.
Hope that helps someone. - C.S.To file complaints for violators of the National Do Not Call Registry:

Website: http://www.consumer.gov/sentinel
Consumer Sentinel is a consumer complaint database maintained by the Federal Trade Commission. The database was created to allow law enforcement to track consumer complaints involving Internet cons, telemarketing scams and other consumer fraud-related complaints. Consumers can file complaints on-line on the website mentioned above.
(9) If you suspect fraud, file a complaint here, too: http://www.fraud.org/
(10) Send a letter to the telemarketer (if you can find a valid address) via USPS Certified Mail with Return Receipt to cease calling you.
(11) Post complaints in forums such as these used to identify the callers, especially those who are ignoring the FDCPA or National Do Not Call Registry, to assist others in researching issues similar to yours!
By all means, please share this information! They (Collection Agencies/Telemarketers/Scammers) rely on consumers not being knowledgeable and enforcing their rights, so don't fall prey! And I highly recommend taking Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University (http://www.daveramsey.com/fpu/home/) if there is one near you; very educational and enlightening!

- Paul VienneauNo One on the line when I answered the phone.
- L.I want this number to stop calling. I have already submitted my phone number to the do not call list. Yet these people continue to call and call and call.
- ksredNational Auto Warranty Services [407-658-4336] is under investigation for fraud in several states. That company has a lot of guts to still be trying to get more 'business'. When I see on caller ID any area code unfamiliar to me, I now check it out. Just Google the phone number and you'll find out (probably on a blog like this one) more about who is phoning. I also reported the number to the Do Not Call center where I am registered. Hope we get results!

- TotallyFrustratedWell 407-658-4336 has another complaint filed through the phone number Federal trade Commission at 877-382-4357 - as of 11 am April 2, 2009.
Everyone should call that recieves these calls - I just get on now and with an mobile Air Horn (the ones in a container) - I answer wait for them to say something then activate it - so if anyone lives there in Florida near these morons - and you see someone running down the street holding onto their ears - or blood coming from them - I did it. - SMRThey called a few minutes ago. This is the second time they called. First time, I pressed 1 to see what it was all about, asked which car were they calling about, and they hung up. The second time, I was attempting to Rick Roll them, but they hung up before YouTube loaded. Childish, I know, but it would have been darn funny. Payback for the harassment, since legally getting them to stop is more trouble than what its worth.
- sick of itI also pressed 1 after several calls to ask them to stop and the nasty man who answered said "dont press 1 and waste my time"...WASTE HIS TIME?
I think everyone who receives these calls should pick up the phone, act like you are interested and let them go through thier entire spiel and do that with the phone sitting on the table until they realize you are not there and they hang up. WASTE THIER TIME and do it over and over. They will stop with you and move on. Govt wont stop it, they cant stay ahead of them. - Executive CoachFRAUD ALERT! When I picked up the phone a recorded message made it seem like a legitimate call about my auto warranty. But it could not have been legitimate because of the false claim that "we have tried to reach you." When I pushed "1" a guy came on and asked for the model & year of my car. I said "If you are a warranty service you already know that information. Who is calling?" CLUNK -- he hung the phone right up. When I called the number back, recorded message says it's "disconnected."
- Caller: Simply said "OUT OF AREA"
- RichYet another call from 407-658-4336 FLORIDA. These people must have infinite time to waste. I don't pick up the phone for ANY numbers that I don't recognize Good advice for us all!
- MGSThis number has been calling about my expiring Auto warranty. I picked it up and pressed 1 to talk to some one and I was asked to tell the car type. I figured since they know that my car's warranty expired they shouldn't ask for any type of car. The person started with asking what year was my car. I asked him which of my two cars he was talking about. He hung up. Should I file a complaint with my Attorney General's Office?
