Pushed 1 to speak to a human to ask them to quit calling me on a daily basis. I was connected with "Doug", a real genuis. In fact I am surprised he is still in the gene pool. Doug asked what the make, model and year of my car was. I asked Doug what I drove, and he said, "I know its not your hush puppies." I said Doug I give you 100.00 dollars if you can tell me what I drive. He replied, "Will you give me a hundred if I %uck you mom! Needless to say I terminated the call and reported "Doug" to the FTC. Maybe "Doug" can have intercouse with them one day.

Has been calling my house for months everytime that i would and tell them that I would not like to have them call me again they hang up. I finally talked to them today and played the game of yes i want the warrenty, but i told them that it was to risky they gave me their web site www.cdswnow.com on the web site you can find the number 1-800-209-3755, so i called didn't get anything but automated service. I wasted about 30 min of their time just asking dumb questions. He then started yelling at me and telling me that I didn't have the money to pay for the warrenty and hung up. I think that it is a bogus site and scam someone trying to get YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. A BIG NO NO. YOU SHOULD NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION TO ANYONE WHO YOU DIDN'T CONTACT.

I continue to get these calls several times a day....when I answer, no one responds....when it goes to voice mail....it is always about expired warranty.  I want to remport abuse and stop these people from calling.

I got a call from these guys and pressed 1. When a guy got on the phone I told him my make and model was a 1920 Ford model T with 3 millions miles.

They hung up and nevered called me again

This caller's number and 'spoofed' Caller ID were saved in my phone memory on APR 21 and again on APR 28.

A bill that would make it a crime to spoof caller ID was reintroduced in the Senate on January 7, 2009 by Senator Bill Nelson. It is called the "Caller ID Act of 2009". The previous bill introduced in 2007, but it was never voted on and the bill expired. Damn lobbyist!

The bill would outlaw causing "any caller identification service to transmit misleading or inaccurate caller identification information" via "any telecommunications service or IP-enabled voice service, e.g., VoIP".

calls every day!!!!! have asked to be removed from list, hasn't happened. last call was told to get off list I should invite him over to dinner!!!

This call comes from various numbers, and it's always the same--never gives much detail about anything, including who's calling and why. I never get a caller id, just the number.

HOW DO YOU STOP THESE PHONE CALLS THAT COME EVERYDAY AND ANY TIME OF THE DAY AND EVENINGS.  I THOUGHT THE NO CALL LIST WOULD KEEP THE CALLS FROM COMING BUT I GUESS THIS IS NOT SO.  DAMN IT.  STOP CALLING.

Received a call several minutes ago. Did not answer it because the Caller ID said, "Unknown Name." Plus the phone number seemed vaguely familiar to me -- like I'd seen this number try to call us before and that it was most likely a telemarketer. No message was left.

Dialed 1 to get a live person some guy James answered and asked year make and model of my vehicle. Told him If I get one more phone call I was going to file a report against him because I am on the National DNC list. He asked me if I new what company he was calling from and I said no. Then thi guy calls me a dumb [***] as says you don't know what company I am calling from how are you goin to report me? Then hung up James if you are reading this, call me again my friend cause now I am in the mood to talk you S.O.B.

I recieved a call from this number today, and although this company had called a few times before, regarding my car's warranty, today's call was different fromt he others. It had prompted me to either key in to speak with an agent, or forfeit my warranty by pressing 2, and having my file closed. I had ingored the calls before, knowing I had an existing warranty intact, from a recent car purchase I made.
However, because of the way this company message read, I was wanting to make sure that something was not overlooked, and so I pressed to talk to an agent. After a brief holding period, I was tranfered to an agent, who immediately asked for several pieces of information. When I asked the man who the company was, and also stated that they should already have the information they were asking me for, if in fact my warranty was in need of processing, the conversation got weird. And when I asked why they were calling, and to speak with management, the man on the phone became verbally abusive, in an extreme sexual manner. I was shocked at the absolutely digusting stuff the guy was saying and told him I was reporting the call and hung up. I went to call the police after I hung up, and when I picked up the phone, the guy was still talking in the same manner. I hung up again, and waiting a few minutes for the call to disconnect, and called the police. The sent an officer to the house to take a report and the officer also took a copy of the first page of this site. If this also happened to you, please document it here, and also call the FTC, and your local authorities to report the problem. I am going to, in hopes that enough people come forward, this scam and abuse will stop.

This number has been calling and leaving message about my expiring Auto warranty for the past months. I picked it up and pressed 1 to talk to some one this time. The person started with asking what year was my car.  He hung up.

hmmm it seems like we all have the same problems here about this number. got a call from the same number yesterday but i am glad i am using an internet phone, so whenever i want to use that's the only time i can plug the phone into my computer. meanwhile all voicemails will be sent to my email account and that is where i found out about the same number called around 5:29pm but it goes to voicemail but they did not leave a message. but i do recieved sales calls all the time. when can this Stupid sales calls stop? its just really annoying tho.

you need to go ahead with the call as if you are interested, tell them you dont have a credit card and that you need to send a check so you can get a physical address from them (where they can be served or sent written correspondence).  also ask them for a number where they can be reached if you have any questions about your new policy.  now you have an address and a phone number and you can tell them that they are in violation of federal DNC laws.

These A$$holes keep calling and calling. Very annoying. Will not stop. I don't know anyone in FL and will certainly not pick up the phone to these jerks!
