They Call Regularly.. I've answered a couple times but no one is ever there.  I called the number back today and it went to recorded message "you've reached Optima Communications Center".

I got call from 4163134982 too. They did not say much just call later.

Sick of this number calling

Optima communications calling on behalf of citi mastercard, something about insurance but daytime minutes are expensive so I said "not interested".

get calls from this number EVERYDAY!!! no one is ever on the other end and cannot call the # back.

I received 4 call in a day . I called back. This is optima communication international contact centre. Tlemarketing

If we all report this number and name, Opti communications, to the Better business bureau the calls will most likely stop.

Got a call from this number at 10AM... They left a message that said nothing and lasted approximately 5 seconds. If they call back I'll tell them to [***] off and not to call my personal phone ever. I'm tired of getting calls from people offering me things. As if people do these types of jobs and as if they even have them. They are more annoying then useful.

I answered, then it was ringing like I was calling someone then the lady said she was doing a courtesy call from AMEX and when I told her the person she was looking for wasn't here she said she'd call another time.. wasn't rude but the whole thing seemed odd
