No more calls from 416-313-4982 since calling their head office (416-581-1236) on Dec 9 and requesting to be added to their internal do not call list. YAY :-) I recommend that anyone who is tired of receiving calls from this number do the same.

this biotch keeps calling asking for someone that is never here and refuses to leave name or msgs.. why are telemarketers allowed to harass people calling them at home?!?

I didnt  even know who she is and what she was trying to tell me. I was a victim of a fraud so i hung up quick. They called me on behalf of AMEX and offered me sth I dont really understand. They said the same information was available on AMEX website but I dint find a [***].

This number calls me at least once a week. When I pick up they just Hang up. It's so annoying

I've seen this number (416-313-4982) on my call display a few times but they never leave a message.  Now that I know it's a telemarketer, I won't answer it, even if I'm available at the time.

I keep getting calls from this number  416-313-4982  when i pick up there is know one there.Getting tired of it.I left a decent message yesterday .They called again today.This time i was not descent at all.I told them if they were a communications company , them they should leave a  F.......KING MESSAGE. TO NOT CALL HERE AGAIN OR I WILL REPORT THEM.i'VE HAD ENOUGH . And it cost me long distance  twice for me to leave messages.I am not well and its hard for me to get to the phone.[***].

Called me up, the guy said he is calling from AMEX and hung up :) Fine! lol!

Fed up this call .somebody do something.I let the police know .

call the customer service at 416-581-1236 and politely ask to be added to the do not call list. Just worked for me perfectly.  cheers

My Boss got a call from this number today.  They claimed to be Bluewazee Energy.  They claim to sell Diesel Fuel Products all over Canada.  Wouldn't Take no for an answer.

416-313-1506 & 4982 are the same caller so says my call display. My policy: for me to answer a call, both name & number must show up on call display. No exceptions...unless I know the number. Simple as that. If they can't be bothered to identify themselves, I can't be bothered picking up the phone.

Many new phones now allow you to click "call block" or "block call" for a particular phone number. This allows you to have that number disconnected after one ring automatically. Your call display will say call blocked. Do this for any number that hassles you, and you won't need to tell them not to call ever again.

Whoever it is has called on June 26, July 6, three times on July 10, once on July 11, twice on July 12 and twice on July 13. Call display only says Ontario. Messages are never left on the answering maching. I view this repeated calling as harrassment.

a lady named Jessica Arthur sait she is calling from American Express. When I called back the number, the company name is OPTIMA COMMUNICATIONS.

Optima Communications isn't violating any laws. The CRTC says if you have existing business a company may call. Now optima communications is hired by companies like Scotiabank and Amex and probably more companies we haven't mentioned to make calls on behalf of them. They are completely legitimate and all you need to do is ask to be put on there Do Not Call list and they will, it worked for me.

I definitely agree with some of you have said. Please keep in mind the person you are talking to on the phone are just doing there job. They keep pushing because I imagine that is what there job requires. Just be polite and understand that they don't want to be bugging you as much as you don't want them bugging you.

Really, Come on now... Just doing their job eh? I have them calling me every 3 days, I was polite at first, said I wasn't interested and it should have stopped right there, but now they persist. For someone to take that kind of job and harass folks is inhumane. Like why not flip burgers instead or if your that interested in selling something, then get a proper sales job. I can't believe anyone would sympathize with companys and people like that. Oh wait, unless your one of them... These people are just as corrupt as the globalist eugenic Marxist government.
