FYI tell your dang company to not call people at 9 pm when the parents are trying to put kids to bed i dont have time for this stuff

4/18 - 12:12 pm is when they called. Of course they left NO message. Since I don't know anyone with that name, I didn't answer. LOL. No message, no answering. Don't know them. Hope they stop calling and time will tell.

I understand your company is trying 2 better things but your comment is a bit selfish. You stated a couple of times ya'll are just trying feed your families. .totally understandable..however & you we are not aware of our sleep schedule. It does not matter what our sleep schedule is but I hope your call centers have clocks that show EST & CST. By law you are required not to call after 9:00 p.m. I have got a call at 10:30 p.m. & it woke me up. I have to get up at 4:00 a.m. & you said ya'll will apologize. .well I did not get an apology when I stressed what time it was & why was the person calling so late so maybe you just apologize bcuz other employees don't they just get annoyed ( the nerve ) & hang up. Put yourself in our shoes if you were sleeping & I called about a radio.. honestly how would you feel?..I see you are supporting your company but may I suggest clocks in the centers that display different time zones so your not calling us after 9:00 p.m. or in the wee hours of the morning before 8:00 a.m. It's just about respect!

3-4 calls  per day for the last few days.  Last call a few min ago @ 9:05 pm Sun.  Because it shows up as 'Unavailable',
I do not answer.  No message is left. Caller ID shows this #.  Most annoying.
