Our Opinion is to Wilkins Research a Commodity. They Are in FACT Soliciting a Commercial Product that they in turn package and Sell for Profit.
To say they are not Telemarketing is an outright Lie. Marketing Research is a Salable Product and they are Soliciting. They are Committing a Crime and the dupes that work for them are likewise committing criminal acts by doing their bidding.

Didn't answer, let my answering machine pickup.  Caller ID said  Wilkins Res SE.  Person finally hung up.

Well I have ask to not be called. I have now started calling them! Leaving message on their service. Maybe they will get tired of me calling them. LOL

Look, I work at Wilkins Research. We just call to conduct brief surveys from various compainies to help provide consumer feedback to help improve their services. There's no "catch" you'd easily find that out if you helped with a call. Also, people should realize we are helping you by improving services such as radio, television, healthcare, restaurant menues, even your parks and local entertainment spots. We work with companies all over the US. If you don't want to participate, just say "no" there's no need for any bashing. We're just trying to put food on our tables and aren't ware of your sleep schedules. If we ever wake you, I assure you we will apologize and gladly either try to catch you at a better time or take you off our list. No problem, the day goes on. No worries. We're just helping improve the services to everything you use in your daily lives whilst, ourselves, earning a living and feeding our families.

What good does being on the Do Not Call List, when all these people do is ignore it??!  If you complain about it, nothing happens, so why bother?!

Then "earn your living" by respecting the DO NOT CALL LIST!  Seriously!!  Your calls are NOT welcomed, so stop trying to justify your ignorance.  There IS no good time to interrupt our personal time.  If we wish to tell you our opinions, we will sign up with a market research group that uses focus groups.

I love it when someone asks, "How did they get my number???"  I bet it would blow their mind if I said, "Your number is something between 000-000-0000 and 999-999-9999."  POW!  Cranial explosion!

Wow after reading all these responses one has to wonder how many of you had the time to write on this forum considering how important you must be. You're upset and offended because someone called your home or cell yet you don't take the time to truly educate yourself on what the do not call actually entails. You feel justified in being rude, mean, and insulting. You are the ones who are truly annoying because of your cruelty. I wonder what you'd do if you realized several of the people you engage with are the elderly working to pay for things like medication, health care, and food.
Sometimes humanity makes me sad.

10/31 20:50  Absolutely hate calls this late with no ID or message.  Blocked immediately.  Whatever it is they are selling or wanting won't be from me.

I am in So Cal and the call came in just before 9 PM last night.  There was no ID and left no message.  You might understand how some people might get annoyed or even upset.  I understand you folks are just trying to do a good job, but there has to be some way better than anonymous calling.  Perhaps someone there can look into a better method of programming calls and IDing so when we check our caller ID we have a better idea of what to expect.  I don't even answer calls from my own mother because she shows as "private caller" and I have received so many telemarketing and other unwanted calls that show up that way, or blank ID, unavailable, etc.  She and I have an agreement that she will leave a brief msg. and I call right back, if I am in or as soon as I get back.

Called at 8:44 PM. Left no message. Just heavy breathing.

I receive calls from the number 423-648-4908 2--4 times a day even though I am on the do not call list. I am really getting tired of receiving these calls. I have been sick in bed for the past week and as soon as I fall asleep this number calls and wakes me up.

actually, if you tell them to take you off their list, usually 2x by the time the guy shuts up, they have to take you off their list

REALLY?? Then why are you bothering me in Canada?. Like...someone in the US cares what I eat or read or listen to...??? Not hardly!

Okay..let's get one thing straight...well, maybe a few things.
1. You also work with this company and have logged in here to ...whine a bit
2. Your employer conducts his/her business by using our phones...which we pay for. And we object to this and to being annoyed by people we have not invited to our homes or businesses. We have very little ability to stop you from using us and we are fed up.
3. According to you, we should let ourselves be abused by you and your employer simply because you have a living to make or might have to buy medications, health care or food. What a load of shitt! All those criminals in India who keep calling to tell us our computers are sending error messages and we should pay them to fix the problem...now there is a poverty stricken country! Should we go along with them too just because they have food to buy???
4. And finally...just who are you to call humanity into question? To suggest that we are inhumane because we don't bend over and take the crap dished out by scammers and telemarketers.

It's comments like these that make working there truly enjoyable on Sundays. So keep giving people in cages a reason to act spiteful,I'm sure it'll work in the long run
