I got a call from Drive Financial about a past due payment and the lady was rude when I was talking to her. It was over my ex girl friends truck payment, they wanted me to make her payment and when I told the lady I couldn't right now she got forceful in trying to get me to. I told them if I made the payment for my ex-girlfriend I would have the truck reposed my self and plus I did not know where she lived which I don't. They did not like that. They are still bugging me over it.

I too have a loan with HSBC and these people are calling me too.. 5-6 times a day. I am not behind on any payments, have always been on time and DONT have poor credit! Finally talked to someone there and they now have my loan, so its not just for people with bad credit! Will not quit calling my job, will not quit calling my cell or my house. I had all these numbers listed with HSBC because THEY didn't harass me for no reason! Short of changing my phone numbers, which I shouldnt have to do, what can I do to make them quit calling????

its drive time car sales. they sell over priced cars and trucks. (WAY OVER PRICED)

We are just a few days late and they are baraging us with calls.  One time they called us about 8 times between 8pm and 9pm.  Husband answered on the last one and told them that if they don't stop harassing us he is going to report it to the Attorney general of their state and our state, and FTC.

Your write them a letter stating that you do not wish them to call the particular number they are calling, that you don't want them to call and tell them they are only to contact you by mail. or email.  Sign it and mail it to them.

Calls my cell phone  every 2 hours on the hour  last few days leaves no message who they are ??

My car load was also bought by them in NC. we are 4 days late, we have never been late bfore and they call 6 times a day.

This unknown company calls my phone 4 to 6 times a day. It can't be Drive Financial, because I cannot drive. They will not leave any messages, but they won't stop calling. When I do answer the phone, they have already disconnected.

So whoever makes the call, or whatever system makes the call, can't tell the difference between human voice and a phone ringing.

This is not fair. It is such harassment that it isn't funny.

When I call the number back, the automated system says i owe 12000+ dollars. 1. I dont have a car payment... 2. when i FINALLY get connected to a CSR, (And refuse to give them any info.) they wont tell me anything about this loan that i suposidly have.... bc i wont give them info... im getting my credit report ran today to make sure theres nothing from a car  company on there bc this is Bull SH*T

Got call from this number. Did not answer and no message was left. Don't have loans and they have no reason for calling my phone. ANNOYED!!!!

These guys are ruthless and if you want over the top interest rates, strong armed response and no working with you - then I highly recommend going with them.  You won't be disappointed

This number calls my home every day!! FINALLY someone left a message today and it wasn't even for anyone who lives here!! But, the girl on the other end was SMACKING her gum so bad, the name of the person she was calling was about the only thing I could understand!!

These people are full of crap.  They simply do a database dump for the individual they're targeting, and then call everyone on the list with the same last name or neighbors with an active phone number.  The standard LIE they tell is that the individual they're trying to locate put you down as a referrence.  What they are doing in harassing someone who doesn't owe them any money is breaking the law, and you should make a criminal complaint for aggravated harassment.  Let a few of them get locked up and let's see how willing they are to pull these dishonest stunts after that.

Make a criminal complaint for aggravated harassment.  No finance company has a right to just call you and harass you because they feel like it.  Then file a law suit.  The idiots will probably end up having to settle and as a practical result end up paying off the balance of your note and then some.  If they want to give away free vehicles for their arrogance, so be it.

well too bad for us our original lender sold their accounts to them so....were stuck with this Santander Company!! YAY!!!! :/
