Ah yes, Drive Financial aka Santander USA - your company SUCKS...your staff are plain ol' rude, nasty and resort to the lowest form of harassment and threatening behaviors...not very understanding either of the circumstances that might be causing delays in payments, which I'm sure is happening more and more in this economy!  I've actually reported your company (and their various phone numbers) to numerous government agencies which will be 'looking into your practices' :)  Have a nice day!  Oh, PS...it would be nice if you actually had people that would speak up when you answered since they the ones initiating the call, if they knew how to pronounce your name, let alone speak ENGLISH for God's sake!!!

I had the same phone for 8 years and NEVER got scam phone calls.
I picked up mu new IPhone and exactly 2 hours later I began receiving calls from all over the US numerous times a day ecery day and they have not stopped.
Read the unreadable 1 point type 20 page contract.......they SELL your phone number.

calls 7 or 8 times a day...no message...alll hours and days...i onlly owe the $100.

This is the 5th different phone number they have called me from.  They never leave a message and I look them up here and everybody says its Drive Financial. I have no knowledge of these people and have never done any business with them and this is simple harassment and stupidity on their part.  I hope they go bankrupt.

My loan was bought by them as well.  It's a horrible company.  Just make sure that you stick to your orginal loan agreement because they have to go by that until they pass the time on it.  That is when they can really start to mess with you.  I only have a few months left on my loan and you better bet I will be paying it off a month before it's due.

Unfortunately, I was with Citifinancial Auto and my loan got sold to Santander USA.  If you are 1 day late with their payment they will call you all day long.  I have learn to ignore them and not answer the phone they do not have any other numbers and will never get another number from me.  These people are terrible.  I will never make the mistake of call them from any number.  I will have my car paid off by the end of the year (2012) and will happily tell them sob's where they can go.

Also, your company has purchased loans from other lenders, not notified the borrower, changed the due date and not told the borrower...and 1 day late, the calls are incessent.  My payment date was changed to the 1st of the month.  I explained repeatedly that my 27th pay date was perfect because I could make my car payment with the second check of the month; however, Santandar/Drive states that they can't change the payment date.  They can do whatever they please.  So, I will pay my car loan payment TODAY because that is when I can pay it; they have called my phone number over 52 times in the past 27 days.  No messages.

They bought over 150,000 loans from Citi Financial and several of them were not delinquent..many like mine were never even late.

Here's the answer to all our prayers.  Telemarketers almost exclusively use "autodialers" to make their calls.  One out of a thousand will have live reps doing the dialing.  When these dialers connect (you answer the phone) they listen for any "tones" generated.  If no "tones" are detected they then transfer the call to one of the reps in a call center.  "IF" the autodialer hears the 3 beeps from dialing a "DISCONNECTED" number, the number that was just dialed is automatically "REMOVED" from their list.  Below is a link that has this "tone" plus the verbal message.  You DO NOT need the verbal message.  Download or copy the "DISCONNECTED" MP3 or WAV file to your desktop.  Create or change the greeting you have when someone calls you and you're not available.  At the VERY
BEGINNING of your message place the 3 tones (NOT THE VOICE MESSAGE) then continue with your usual or normal greeting.  The autodialer will hear the tones and BINGO, your number will be removed since they think it's a disconnected number.  DONE.  In a few weeks you will be removed from all the lists.  Of course you may have to explain the tones to the callers you DO want to speak to but that's a small tradeoff.  Pass this info on to anyone you know that gets junk calls or even help post this on these websites.  If you continue getting calls after reading this, it's your "OWN" fault!  END JUNK CALLS.

This number keeps calling and leaving a message for Rick and Janet.  Have no idea who these people are but they must have given Drive Financial our number.  I told them the first time they called that no one by either names lives here and we don't know them.  The second time they called (4 hours later) I told them they have the wrong number and if they don't believe me look it up, its a listed number.  Dumb%#@!!!

The same experience as many others on here. payment was late by 10 days..the calls come at a rate of 5 or 6 per day. The people are rude, and don't have the facts in front of them before they start shooting off thier mouth. Had the nerve to ask for the next months payment on top of the late one...and it wasn't even due yet. I will NEVER do business with them again...I would like to see this company out of business.
