I, too, have received two calls on my cell from this "card services" recording.  I immediately disconnect.  Will attempt to block the call but would like to report the harassment.

Just got this call and didn't recognize the number...they left no message.

Didn't answer a call from this number since I didn't recognize it. Called at 9:03am CT on 11/10. Seems like a telemarketer to me based on other posts.

This is the 3rd time these morons have called.  Never any conversation, just an empty line.  I'm on the do-not-call list but these a**holes don't seem to care and the National do-not-call-list doesn't seem to do anything about them.  What is it that we pay all these taxes for?? The agencies don't seem to enforce their own rules.  Just look at all the comments/complaints about this #. Frustrated

Got a call from "card holder services" 11/10/11 9:07am about lowering my interest rate. I asked what card they were calling about and he said all of them. I asked again to please tell me what specific card he was calling about. He replied are you ignorant I just told you 3 times. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he told me no I cant, called me a ignorant [***] and hung up!

I called back on caller ID and was giving a recording to call another number 971-220-1984 to speak to a representative. This number is also answered by a recording that tries to get you to leave a message or wait for a available representative. was on hold for 33 minuets before hanging up. It is clear no one is going to pick up the phone it is a scam.

This call was on my cell phone, a number I never give out or use for any kind of marking or information services.

I rec' an unanswered call from this number 503-468-5987 today, October 7, 2011 at 2:46 PM.
No message left.

Just got a call from 503-468-5987.  Didn't answer it and no message was left.  My phone did indicate that the call was from Astoria, OR.  Hope this helps.

I receive calls from this number periodically and I never answer them. Based off what I am seeing, it looks like a phishing scam. Be careful!

What does her race or gender have to do with anything?

unanswered call from same number, also from Astoria, OR.   I don't usually answer unknown numbers, although last week I did answer one from some Sports Betting recording...  Is there a DO NOT CALL list for cell phones?  thanks.

Got a call 11/10/11. Accidently hit button to recall - yes I do know better. Got a recording wanting me to enter my pnone number if I wanted to be taken off their list or call another number to speak to or leave a message for their company - some sort of Sales group. Niether sounded like a good option so I hung up.

Just got a call from this number. Automated message stating that I was eligible for a lower interest rate on my credit cards. Wanted me to press 1 but I hung up. Probably a scam.

Rec'd call 3:17 pm today. Dead air - no voice, no noise. Said Hello twice and hung up. Added them to my "direct to voicemail" list.
Not sure if they were calling home or cell, I have home forwarded to cell.

Just got a call at 4:41pm 11/10/11, answered it and it was dead air. They hung up shortly thereafter.

Received call 11/10/2011 - I make a habit of not answering numbers I don't know.

I've just received a call from this number on 11/10/11 @ 9:08 pm. i picked it up, but the person hung up w/o a word.

Keep getting a call from this number. I only have one credit card and they never call on the phone
