Got a call from this number, didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message.  Also registered with the DO NOT CALL list.  Apparently they don't care.

I just received a call as well on my cell phone from 503-468-5987.  I didn't answer it, and the didn't leave a message.  This website is nice, you get to find out that other people are being bothered by these morons also.  My phone has an option where I can save a contact and have it go directly to voicemail and not even ring on my phone.  I have at least 30 numbers programmed under Telemarketer contacts that go directly to voicemail, and this one was added just now.  If any of you have a phone like that, program these under "pain in the ass telemarketer" and send them to voicemail!

Received call 10/14/11, I didn't answer, no voicemail left.  Googled number found this site.  I am also on Do Not Call list and am not very happy that this is probably a telemarketer!!

Got a missed call from this number at 9:08am. They didn't leave a message either.

I can say that area codes 360 and 206 are valid area codes for Washington state.  I am from there and have family who live there.  360 is for the western portion of the state and 206 is reserved for just the Seattle area.  Hope this helps.

Received call on my cell about 1:40 today from this number as I was driving home. Said something credit card services offering 6.9% rate to lower from different rate. Did not understand what company they were from. Called number back and went to vm w/message stating  
'Thank you for calling back and something to the effect to press 1 if want to go on do not call list not to receive calls regarding promotions and offers. Said to allow 72 hours to get off list.

Got a call on my cell from this number.  No message left.  Called back and immediately prompted to select whether or not I wanted to continue to get promotional calls from them.  Never mentioned the company.  But of course, I opted out.  Annoying to get telemarketing calls on my cell.  But pretty simple remedy.

Card holder services, press 1 to talk to a representative.  At least on my Android cell, I can add the number to my contacts as SPAM 1, and have calls from that contact go straight to voice mail.

I received a call from this number a while ago and again this morning. Didn't pick it up, and they didn't leave a message. I'm in Iowa on a cell with a 641# WTH? I'd really like to know how they got my number, i'm also on the no call list.

I got a call from this number about five minutes ago - they said nothing. I called back and the recording said, "thank you for calling back. if you would like to be removed from our list and no longer receive special promotions, please press 1." It said it could take 72 hours to be removed. Who the eff are these schmucks?

Got a call from another number first.  A lady basically tried to get my credit card number.  I messed with her for about ten minutes and then the manager, "John" came on the line.  I messed with him for another five minutes, pretending like I was going to give him a number.  Finally, I told him I knew this was a scam.  He called right back on this number, and threatened to come to my house and crack my head.  So, don't answer this call.

I read that if you answer these types of calls which is machine operated, it is logging what times you will answer your phone.  This gives the actual telemarketer a better idea of when to call where they will actually reach you.  Best advice is to just not answer!
