She is a rude  woman who says she can reduce my credit card interest.  I told her i didn't have any interest on credit cards and she got really snitty. you can't call the # back and she calls me on my cell

I just received this call on my cell phone (I do not have my cell phone listed on ANYTHING, that is what my landline is for) dead air. Tried to call back and on my end at least, it doesn't even ring/ no answer. extremely annoying...

Did not answer.  Don't know company.  Only have the caller ID display and time of day 12:43EST Dec 14, 2011. This one seems to be in long complaint list, so I'm happy I did not answer.

It's a scam. They've been calling me for weeks, and I just let it go to VM. So, I thought this time I'm going to answer and have them remove me from their list.
The conversation went thusly, after I pressed 1 and let it ring:

Caller: "Hello. Did you press 1 to lower your interest rate?"
Me: "No, I pressed one to have you remove me from your..."

Disconnected.

They hung up.

just received a call from the above # on my business phone. I do not answer any unidentified callers or unrecognized phone #s. Of course there was no message left. These people are giving a new definition to the term "slugs"

Received a call from this number on my cell phone, which said it was from Oregon.  I don't answer unknown numbers and they did not leave a message.  Based on all of the reports here about this number, I assume its a scam/telemarketer of some sort.  For these, I typically save them to my contact list under the name "Scam#", so when they call I know not to answer.  I'm up to 8 of these "Scam" contacts.

I usually keep my cell phone turned off. I had it on for only 2 hours before getting a call from this number. No message.

Just missed a call from that number.  I googled it and came up with this chat group.  I called the number back and the first thing you get is an opportunity to get on their Do Not Call list.  I entered my number and we'll see how it goes.  Hopefully this will be the end.

Thanks capital one for running up my cell bill with your highly illegal automated telemarketing scams. Yes capital one is behind it for many of the numbers these calls come from are registered to their various offices.

I'm on the government's "Do Not Call" list. A lot of good that seems to do.

I received twice calls and the caller did not leave any message.   As I don't recognize the number, I did not call back.

Received a call from this number on my cell phone.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a voicemail.

I got a call from them AGAIN today too and they hung up on me. Next time I'm going to play along and waste their time and give them fake information. I called the number back and entered their number "503-902-8252" into their fake "do not call" registry. Now they can sell their own number.
