Received call from 503-902-8479 Monday April 2, 2012 at 3:59P.M.  I did not answer.  This is a skype number.  Caller ID listed  this number as PACIFICTEL. I live i Northwest Florida.

Rachael from card services keep calling I pushed 1 like they said and asked why they keeping calling I am not interested I do not owe any credit card and I do not pay interest. and they  was very rude and hung up.Where do they get you phone number I wish they would quit calling.

GOT A CALL AND WOKE ME UP--I AM MEAN TO THE BONE--DON'T KNOW THESE FOLKS-DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH--I  AM  ON  THE  DO  NOT  CALL  LIST.  THEY HAVE NO REASON TO CALL ME.  I GIVE NO INFO ON THE PHONE--I GIVE NO SURVEYS--I DON'T NEED A PHONEY PREACHER--I AIN'T VOTING--SO THERE YOU HAVE IT.  NO  NEED  TO  CALL  ME.  I WILL GIVE THEM HELL NEXT TIME.  THEY KEEP CHANGING PHONE NUMBERS AND AREAS BUT IT IS THE SAME PEOPLE.

Called at 5:15pm, didn't answer and they didn't leave message.   Caller ID show Woodburn, OR.  I'm also in NW Florida.

4.3.12 Received a call from 5039028479. I have a Skype account & if this is Skype, I recommend that they identify themselves on caller id - Skype, are you reading this?

Have received several calls from this number.  Message is they will reduce my credit card interest rate.  I have never done anything with them and am registered on the do not call list.

they just called and caller ID said V04031744260092, recording about lowering interest rates, pressed 1 to speak to a live person but no one came on the phone after a few minutes so I hung up. probably BS anyway

Received a call from this number today. Caller ID said 'PACIFICTEL'.  I didn't answer and they did not leave a message. I also live in Florida.

The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

Caller ID said PACIFICTEL. I have no idea who they are. I didn't answer; they didn't leave a message. My next stop is the DO NO CALL registry where I will file a formal complaint (I'm on the do not call list).

I received a call from this number on April 3. No message left. Caller ID indicates Pacifictel. I live in Central Florida.

Caller ID said "PacificTel" so I picked up but I said NOTHING and then within 1/2 second I hung up on them.  Hopefully, all they heard was the "click" sound of me hanging up on them.

Just called here. Didn't answer it and didn't leave message. Knew it was a bogus call because caller ID only had the letter V followed by a bunch of numbers instead of the name of the caller. Seems like I get a new phone number with a new scam everyday.

Got a recorded message from Rachael saying that it was in regard to my credit card balance.  (I have NO credit cards at the present time.)  I've gotten these same canned messages before.  Caller ID said PACIFICTEL.  I am also in Northwest Florida (Washington County).

I received same message about one of my credit card companies was offering me opportunity to lower my credit card interest rate - press 1 to continue and press 3 to stop them from calling me. I pressed 1 because I am on DNCL and wanted to know who was calling (shows PACIFICTEL and I am in midwest.   I got very odd hold music and then a gentlemen answered and I could not tell if he was American and spoke poor English or if this was routed over seas.  I had to ask him to repeat himself and he got irritated at me.  Asked me if I had a credit card that had a balance of $3000.  I asked him what credit card was this regarding.  he got irritated and said one of my credit cards reviewed my account and submitted my account for this offer.  I again asked what credit card and he again asked if I had a card with $3000.  I asked again what credit card and he got really irritated with me and went though his script again and I hung up.

Tried to call the number back and of course it is not a valid number to receive calls.  I do not have skype so no clue there.

Same old credit recording, just keep switching their phone numbers and caller id.  PacificTel sucks!

Stupid Card Services scam.  Guess the Do Not Call system don't file claims anymore.

This number calls at least once a day.

My unlisted phone number is on DNC List for over 5 years.
They called to wake me up from my midnight job.
I wish I could call them back at their 0200hrs while they
recover from their tough job of telemarketing, spamming, junk
sales phone call job.  GET A REAL JOB!
