I liver buying another thing over the internet.ve in the midwest and get calls from this number daily but what is so weird is,they hang up but when we don't answer they tell us about our credit cards which we do not have/I have looked up every out of state number that has called and more the 12 calls are reported as scams.This is ridiculus(sp?).I am sick to death of my phone ringing.But the sad part is there isn't a thing you can do except pull the phone out of the wall.How in the hell are the "internet police" suppose to police the entire world of computers because I do think this is where it starts.

I just received a call from this # did not pick up. the call came in at 2;37pm . I just do not pick up any phone# I do not know    I DO NOT PLAY THERE GAMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From what I have gathered looking at several sites listing problem calls from this number, it seems whoever makes these calls is involved with ID/Credit theft.  I have reported them to my state's Atty General's Office.  I suggest anyone else who gets a call from them do the same.

Pacifictel, is a criminal cartel mining credit card information and trying to sell you a interest reduction scam on your credit card. They have no more relationship with your credit card company than you do. They use numerous different names and phone numbers in this scam. ie Lower interest rate, 503-902-8477, and likely "unavailable" 393-000-2829
It is illegal to conduct "robo calls" as they do, and they blatantly violate the do not call laws.
We should always report telemarketers to the Federal Trade Commission at "donotcall.gov". This cartel is so blatant I'm amazed the FTC has not shut them down. We really need to tell our elected officials to actually put these type of major financial criminals in jail, long term. They steal more than small time bank robbers.

Just received a call from Pacifitel with a phone message stating that they have sent out numerous letters to my home address about simplifying my credit cards.  I answered phone and listened to their message, only wanting to be able to speak with a human to tell them to put me on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  When I was able to speak with a person and told her what  wanted her to do, she hung up on me.  After searching on-line for Pacifitel (this is the name that was shown on my caller ID) I found that someone had posted a comment about calling the number back and being able to put my number on their DO NOT CALL LIST.  I certainly hope it works and I don't get any more calls from them.  I have excellent credit so their little taped message they play when you answer their phone call is not stating the truth.  They had not been sending out any information to me via the US Post Office.

PacificTel is using another number as well - 971-220-1779 - you might want to block this one as well.

I called 1-503 902-8479 and got a recorded message to say my telephone # and it would be deleted from Card Member Services.  I did it and so far no more calls from them!  Try it.

These people are relentless. They are calling me from at least these numbers  503-902-8479 971-373-2989 971-220-1779. Sometimes they leave a message about lower credit card ....sometimes they hang up. I tried the number removal to get them to add me to the do not call list but they just keep calling and calling. I program my phone not to ring as each new number calls.

This company calls all time this time on my machine always Rachel from card services I am so tired of them calling even though I am on the no call list.

I have received more than 150 (I have them documented) calls from these criminals. I have filed more that 50 complaints with the FTC however due to the fact that they hide behind spoofed numbers I doubt that they will ever stop any of them. They ask for up front fees and charge your credit card without performing any services.

I find that I am getting great enjoyment by pressing 1 and talking to one of their "reps". I have a phony name, credit card number, and security code that I use. The only legitimate number that I give them is the customer service number from a credit card that I no longer use since the card raised my rates.
I try to ask the criminals as many questions as possibe to keep them on the phone as long as I can. The scammers seem to get upset once they finally figure out that THEY are getting scammed. I guess they think their time is more valuable than mine.

The guys behind this scam have a slew of corporations, many of them defunct. I searched using the name “American Debt Negotiators” and found the name of the Registered Representative was a guy named RAN BARNEA, aca RAN DAVID BARNEA, aca DAVID R BARNEA. He is also listed as the president of a whole slew of other active corporations. Another guy is DANIEL T. POST. This stuff is all public record. Here is a list of the active Florida corporations and the corporate officers that I simply copied and pasted here.
