I'm sick and tired of all these calls offering to lower your interest rates or saying they are from cardmember services. It's impossible to block all the numbers. I suspect they wouldn't be doing this if there weren't a small number of people who actually give them too much personal financial information to scam them. If anyone has an idea of how to stop this - please don't keep it to yourself. Share it with someone that can help you make it happen. I'm even willing to pay a dollar to help pay you to make it happen. If you get enough $1 from people - you might have a job that makes you a lot of money each year.

Just called my cell phone and had the same kind of message but they said they closed my account. When I FINALLY got a hold of a guy in the NON-customer service, I said yes you called my cell phone, who are you people?  He hung up on me.  When I tried to call the number back, I get a recording that said, This is a non-working number.  HUH?  Who else can be contacted about this company.

That's the same time my cell phone calls started coming in... I signed up for the RITE-AID rewards card....THANKS FOR NOTHING RITE-AID!!!  I'm gonna start using their store phone number if I ever sign up for anything else. Now, they will get all of my unwanted calls. Or I might just use this number that keeps calling me!!!

got a call, disconnected call on cell.  called back with my # blocked, said it is a nonworking #.  SCAM.  DO NOT ANSWER AND SAVE # AS SCAM, NONWORK# AS I DID.

They hung up on me when I asked what company they were with.

Recieved 3 of these robo-calls already this week on my cell.
I'm reporting them to the no call list, but does it even do any good?

Keeps calling my cell about 1pm very day. i don't ever answer does not leave voice mail. This is getting old

Mike I saw a post that said it is possible to file a civil suit.  I will be looking into that this week.  I did not answer the calls, 2 today.  Cell ID said Cell Phone OH, I added SCAM NON-WORK# (as I blocked my home phone and called).  I hope we can sue and get money.  This is ridiculous.  Calling OH Atty General's office tomorrow.

Got a call on my cell phone from this number on March 13th at 8:06 Mountain time. I didn't answer it, but my cell phone logged it.  I too am sick and tired of being offered to lower my interest rate.  Heck, I don't pay any interest.  Wish they'd leave me alone.

Go a call this morning @9:06am. To lower interest rates. Played music for them & asked that they not call again...............

Just got a call on my cell phone from 513-417-0498, no voice mail left either.

Just got a call from this number too.  Did not answer and no message left.  Went immediately to internet and found this.  The time was 10:32 a.m. central standard time.  I have noticed that I began getting more calls like this after I went to the do not call list.  Could putting our numbers on it have caused some of our problems?

I get these calls sometimes 3 times a day.  They usually hang up after cursing me if I don't cooperate and give them my info.  I now have a list of chores I can do while I am on the phone, so I now keep them on as long as I can (my record is 40 minutes) to waste their time and resources.  When they realize what I have done, I get called many disgusting names, cursed, and told to die a painful death, etc.  I ask for their location, their address, why they are in FL, how can I trust that they are legit, why they work for a place like this.  You have to start out making them believe they are going to get the info they want.  I tell them I have to go find my cred card statement to get the info about interrest rates; I am having trouble finding it; my child just ran out the door without shoes so please hold. etc.  The more you do it the more creative you can get.  I have had 2 very nice, articulate young people that we had a discussion about them getting a better job and education.  I figure if they are talking to me, they are not bothering someone else, and I have very organized kitchen cabinets, laundry is caught up, floors swept, etc.

Received a call from this number today.  actually have been getting calls for over a month several times a day from different numbers like this one, that starts off talking about lowering my interest rates, then asks me to press 1 if i received a letter, or if i'm interested in getting a lower interest rate around 4%.  one time i talked to them and asked what company they were with, and they said that they are with my credit card company, when i asked which one, they started talking how they are part of the credit card company and they are calling everyone that have balances to reduce monthly interest rate. That seemed to be very suspicious and i hung up.  now i get about 2-3 calls a day and every time i try to talk to them, it starts off nice, but as soon as i ask what company they work for, or how i can remove my number from their calling list, they hang up on me.  this is a scam for sure

I get called every day by this number and several others, but from different states, and the message is always the same--no problem with my card, but I can lower my interest rates.  The recorded name is always Rachel.  I called the number, pressed 1, asked what company it was and they hang up.  Call again and now it is a non-working number.  How the heck do I get these people to stop calling me?????

Got a call from this number this morning at 9:35 am.  I don't know who it was but they call every day.  I assume its a sales call or I would pick up

This is a BIG BIG scam. They need to be caught and hung.
