This is a pfishing scam trying to scam you out of money.  They don't actually get your phone number.  They just start dialing numerically.  They use a computer to alter their actual caller ID so you can't call them back on that number and they use that same computer to scroll through numbers.  They will start with an area code and prefix and just dial through all of the numbers in that area starting with 0000 and working their way up.  You are not specifically the target unless you press one and they get your number to call back to with a physical person. So long as they don't speak to you, it will stay on the autodialer and just try every once in a while when it gets back to your number.
