Telemarketing leeches. Want to sell you the Gazette. LOL. Why pay for it when it's free on my iPad. These people are nuts. In this day and age why would one consider paying over $500 to subscibe to a newspaper. By the time you read the story, it's outdated! Spend $500 on an iPad and get news from all over the world, including locally, the instant it happens.

It's the Gazette ( well a company named Telez ) selling subscriptions to the Gazette.  I just called this number 514-843-6501 and asked to be removed from the calling list, they were nice about it and understood that I get it free online.

this # is still calling and disconnecting as soon as you answer. it is a call center contracted by the gazette

You can report this number to the CRTC, and the (In)famous no call list but they won't do anything, when they should have that number disconnected!

There are so many complaints why doesn't the CRTC have this line disconnected? this has been going on for ages.

I've been receiving calls from this number for the past month (Teleze = Gazette) and quite agressively at that, sometimes 4 times a day! I called (what Steve recommended) 514-843-6501 and asked to be removed from the calling list. The agent who anwsered the call was understanding and took my number down and said i would be removed from their automated system.. more news later.

this crazy # have been calling my place everyday at all hours. May God bless you to do something else worthwhile with your time than calling people you don't know and don't care about you.

We all have to make a living people!  If you don't want the paper, just say so - hanging up in someone's ear or worse - swearing at them is rude and uncalled for.  They don't call at all hours of the night like Guitta says!  Don't exaggerate.

Just ask them to remove you from their list.  Simple.  They are doing something worthwhile - they are trying to make a living.

They shut down September 2013 - company they worked for started doing all customer service / marketing from Halifax and everyone in Montreal lost their jobs :(
