They have called for about 4 months every day at least once a day.
But I never know because I turned off the phone sound.

I wonder where they got this number since I have subscribed a unlisted number on a phone company and I have registered the number on "notional do not call list" when i got this number that was completely new.

I never tell this number to anyone except my family, but they have called me... Annoying.

I also get calls from this 514 843-5554 number at least twice a week. I called back, someone told me they are from the Gazette. The best is to check it out with The Gazette, to see if this telemarketing firm works for them or if this is a scam. In any case, I suggest you call The Gazette and tell them to leave you alone!

They called me on a daily basis over a week or so before few months, and I called them back and heard a message saying they are Telus. So I left them a message to never call me back because I am not interested. They always call and when you try to take the call its too late.

Oh...I think I made a mistake..it's Teleze and not Telus. Sorry.

teleze is the call center for the Gazette. They have a no call list and you can ask the lady who answers to put you on the no call list. It might help and at least you have a legal recourse if it gets unbearable.

this is a spam, they call me 10 times by week.... you can call the police for sure.

Too many calls for quite sometime,stop calling

Non-stop calls from this number for about one month now. When I call back it is an answering machine that says this is the number for Telly's (not sure if this is how you spell it) and the answering machine is always full.

Calls very often (lunch time, dinner, weekdays.... We do not have an answering machine and when we call back, it is a recording that "teleze" voice box is full. PLEASE!!!! Make them stop!!!!!

This is the Montreal Gazette. They have been bothering me for the last 2 weeks and I finally got around to checking the number out and I just called them and told them to remove me from the call list. They have been told before but every yr or so they start up again. Next time I am lodging a complaint with the CRTC.
In any case call this number and asked to be place on their do not call list as the guy I spoke to did not deny it was their number

This number has appeared on my caller ID several times over the past week.  I answered the call that I received today and there was nobody talking at the end of the line. It felt like a prank caller. I called this number and it is a voicemail of a "Teleze" person.  The Gazette confirms that it is a third party telemarketing company. I asked them to remove me from the list.

They have called 3 times in the last 24 hours, but every time I wasn't available to answer. I'm keeping my phone in my pocket now so when they call I can answer and tell them to take me off their list. I think I'll eve explain it in French so the person figures I don't need a Gazette suscribtion! If it continues, you might want to consider joining the Canadian Do-Not-Call list.

Just got another one!!  They never stop!  I don't bother answering.  Caller ID doesn't say anything.

I keep getting calls from this number and there is no name.  I just don't answer but it is getting ridiculous.

It's from a call centre named Teleze. They claim to represent The Gazette. If you call their main number @ (514) 843-6501 and tell them to stop calling they claim they will put you on their "do not call" list. In any case you should all call The Gazette itself and complain.

Thanks for advice. I just called and asked to be placed on the do not call list and to have my number removed.

The nice girl also said that the person calling could also do this request if you ask them.

She said it would take a few hours to make the change and apologized in advance if any other calls from the marketing firm would come through prior to having my number recognized for removal.

Takes some administrative work or a time delay.

I've written to the Editor of the Gazette and have asked them to stop the harrassing phone calls.  I hope it works!

I got a call twice today. In both instances, they left a "voice message" of 3 minutes each, with nothing but background office noise and a black lady singing and talking garbage.
Previous complaints didn't work. I'm canceling my Gazette and phone line subscriptions altogether.
