These people never seem to give up, this is the 3rd time in a month from the same number, i told the so called Sharon Hair that the Guitar i have advertised on Gumtree will cost her $1,000,000 and i will pay the pickup agent fee straight away into a Western Union Branch. Just entertaining myself, got a good laugh just at the hide of these people, they must have their computers set to reply as soon as one of us posts our advertisement.

Text message asking about a gumtree item I had for sale. They wanted it sight unseen.

Yep had exactly the same message about my car from David Jones. I'd like to rip the fellas face off but sounds like a long way to travel for that. Good thing I seen his email  addresson these scammers websites.

Got a response from a so called Janet Maxwell. Then another from Perth.Mine but from the same mobile number asking if my vehicle was still for sale. I replied through my email and got the same response as other victims. Luckily I did not give out any bank details or anything. Buyer beware11

Also selling my bike on gumtree. recieved  a tex from this no +61428465117. so emailed back and received this msg.

Just had correspondence with a Stella Joseph from this number.  She replied to a gumtree ad I had.  I did give her my paypal address but that is all.  Should I be worried.

I was just about to pay when i had this problem with the pick up, my pick up agent says i will need to pay for the pick up before they can schedule a pick up time, they charged me $950 for pick up and delivery and payments for pick up made through them is made to their corporate international headquarters in China and the payments is made through western union money transfer, i will add the $950 to the money i will send as soon as i have made the payments,i will need you to help me send the money to my pick up agent HQ in the China through western union money transfer, this can be done from any post office,there is always western union money transfer section in most post offices,i would have done it myself but as i am at sea and didn't bring my credit card aboard,.I will appreciate your help here and thanks for your understanding.

posted a few items on Gumtree and got a text message back asking me if the furniture was still available and to reply to an email address, that made me suspicious... sure enought the phone number was this one.  The email address is mujidatm@gmail.com

He must have this scripted....tried this with us too, must think we fell off a Xmas tree! Also told him to f... off and a merry Xmas !

Had 2 ads on a farming website for farm equipment. Seemed genuine to start with, but would not answer specific questions regarding the equipment. Then advised me that he needed his courier fees paid... To an offshore account (in China) through Western Union.  Thats when the alarm bells started ringing.......
