Glad to add my two cents. Same thing, Jiffy Lube, woman left message asking for me by name and gave her name so quickly I couldn't understand it for sure. I called local Jiffy Lube assuming there was an issue of sort concerning my recent service. Anyway, person that answered was as confused as I was. "No woman working here, etc". Finally, I did check caller ID and realized it was not the local establishment. Maybe I'll call back to JLube to fill them in if others call them.

Agreed. Got an oil change at Jiffy in Reseda, CA last Wednesday. They called me today. I hope it doesn't go on for too long :(

Got an oil change a few weeks ago.  Why do these guys think we like when we are called by phone after the service?  Guess what:  YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO DO A GOOD JOB!!!  If there 's a problem, I'll let you know.

Don't go to Jiffy Lube - they call and call wanting to know how they did?  Doesn't take a rocket scientist to do a lube, oil, filter - just a little messy!

As a matter of fact, I went to Jiffy Lube this week. This number has been calling my home a few times already but never left a message. My home number is on the nat'l do not call registry. I guess that doesn't make any difference.

We had an oil change at Jiffy Lube 3 days before the telephone calls to our home.  My husband
had given them the home phone number.  
I e mailed data@iodatacorp.com and asked them to take my phone number off their list.
I told them that I was on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.

I received an e mail from iodata Corp this morning stating that they would take our telephone
number off their internal call list.  Remember, in your e mail to them, give all the phone numbers
you do not want them to call.  Home, cell, etc.

If you do business with a company and give out your phone number, they can call you.
From now on, I'll give 555-555-5555.  I'll tell them that I'll call them to check to see if
my car is ready.  They just want your home phone so they can put it into their computer and
pull up your address as well.  That way they can send you mailings.

4 days later after an oil change from Jiffy Lube. Luckily I gasve them my Google # and screen it out.

I also got an oil change at Jiffy Lube and the caller ID shows ID Data Corp.  I have been going to Jiffy Lube for years but if this continues I will no longer go there, esp. if I learn they actually hired this company for this purpose!

The only way this would be okay is if I got free oil changes for life. I can't believe that I paid Jiffy Lube to overcharge me for an oil change but apparently I have also paid to be solicited. Awesome.

They have NO BUSINESS calling me at 8pm on a Friday night (or any day or time for that matter) for an effin' survey. I told them NOT to call me when they took my information.

Thank gawd I had the presence of mind to refuse their demand for my email address so they could send me "coupons".
