Jiffy Lube changed our oil two days ago.

got an oil change @ jiffy lube last week. got a call today.

Was hung up on when I said the person they asked for wasn't here. Called the number given by Tony K. above ((801) 595.0001 - thanks Tony) and told them to remove my number from their calling list.

Missed a call from this number and didn't rec a message. I google just to see if any cocerns. I read the message about Jiffy Lube Survey so may be true since I just my oil change done from a local location. .

Oil change at Jiffy Lube the other day...........  Lame.

Must be Jiffy Lube, my husband took our car in Friday for service and tonight at dinnertime we got a call from this number.   Didn't answer, no message.

6.37 pm...no message, just interrupted class.  Exceedingly annoying.

I guess he is still at it.  I haven't used Jiffy Lube in years and went last week.  I have received 4 calls in 4 days from this unknown #. Strange.....

Received a missed call from this number, 616-980-2127. They didn't leave a message. But, I did get an oil change from Jiffy Lube 5 days ago, and after reading these posts ot must be them.

Just got my oil changed at Jiffy Lube last week. Received a call from this number last night. No message left. Glad I know what it was about now.

Same here.  Just went to Jiffy Lube recently and am now getting messages on my answering machine, "Hello, can I please speak with...".  

In addition to the number it also came up with the name IO Data Corp.

True.. My oil was changed 3 days ago..
But i dont remember giving them my fone number... Soo... Yea... Freaked out

I had my daughter take her car in 3 days ago to Jiffy Lube.  We have gotten many calls and after answering we hear nothing.  I hate this and now I hate Jiffy Lube.  After taking our cars there for many year we will take our business elsewhere.

Yes, very likely Jiffy Lube.  I was just there for an oil change withing the last week and received a call but did not answer in time to confirm.

Thanks guys. I went to Jiffy Lube last Thursday and this number pops up on my phone. They did not leave a message. My approach is, if you can't leave a message, then leave as a mystery. :-)

I have had it with these people.  First of all, it's a stupid waste of time and money to hire a company to harass your customers on the premise of improving customer satisfaction.  The fact that we have been taking our vehicles to Jiffy Lube regularly for more than 10 years should speak for itself and, trust me, if we had a problem, they would know it.  Second, they always seem to call at dinner time, they never leave a message, and they are relentless and keep calling every day at about the same time until you answer and speak to them. I have been dealing with these calls after every service on two vehicles for quite some time now (well more than a year), and I've really gotten sick of it.  But rather than contacting IO Data Corp directly, I decided to go through Jiffy Lube because I believe that they need to know how people feel about these harassing calls.  So yesterday I filed a complaint with Jiffy Lube, and today I got yet another call.  Assuming that Jiffy Lube had not had time to address the issue yet, I answer the phone.  The guy asked for whoever brought my husband's truck in for service last weekend, I told him that my husband wasn't home but that I could answer for him, and he agreed.  I then proceeded to politely tell him that I had already contacted Jiffy Lube and that we had been loyal customers for many years.....and the idiot hung up on me mid-sentence!  So that's it....I am officially done with Jiffy Lube and I have already notified Jiffy Lube to that effect.  How sad that any company is willing to pay a third party to harass and chase away loyal customers.
