I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube last week, too.  Received call on cell phone.

they didn't leave a message but from what I'm reading, it must be jiffy lube bec I got an oil change there a few days ago (on Sat and it's Wed today, got the call at 6:45pm pacific)

Just call (801) 595-0001, and ask to be put on their do not call list.  This is a survey company, and they are excluded from having to honor the official do not call list, as are charities.

Jiffy lube on saturday. Called me on tuesday.  I said hello and they spoke for a second and then the call was disconnected.

I received this call and I did nothing to Jifflube.

I have never been to Jiffy Lube.  gotten calls twice now--no msg or text.

Yup, I just got a call from them too about 30 minutes ago. I tried to answer but just missed it, so decided to google it since there have been so many spams from that 473 area code number. If they call back I'm definitely going to tell them what awful service I received at Jiffy Lube. The service alone makes me not want to return!

Yes, same thing here. Went to Jiffy Lub on Sat. and now getting a call from this number. Must be a survey. Used Jiffy in the past but never got a call before.

I couldn't hear a word this lady said to me, so I hung up. But I went to Jiffy Lube 3 days ago...so I guess I know what it was for now.

yep, went to Jiffy Lube the other day myself. If they offer a $20 coupon I'll take their survey.

I will never go to Jiffy Lube again!! Oil changed Tuesday, calls started Thursday. I am also going to contact Jiffy Lube Corp office.

I think this is just a follow-up call to see if you were satisfied with the service you received.  They aren't trying to sell anything.
