Kantar Operations is an opinion research organization and abides by all federal and state regulations including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act's "do not call" legislation.  While survey research organizations are not the intended target of most federal and state legislation, we absolutely respect the privacy of our respondents and do everything possible to respect their wishes with regards to future contact.



Although Kantar Operations does not have an internal database for "do not call" requests, we submit such request to our sample suppliers who maintain "do not call" databases.  If you will provide us your telephone number we can remove the number from our projects and submit your telephone number to our telephone sample providers to place you on their "do not call" database.

Have been called by them for several weeks almost daily.  After looking them up here, I started actually answering to try and get a person.  Took four calls before I could connect with a person, but I finally did today.  They claim the number is computer generated, not from a list, but that can't be true because they asked for a "Benjamin" and that is NOT who this phone number belongs to or is listed to although we do occasionally get calls for this person.  So somewhere out there is a call list with this number linked to a person and Kantar Ops. is dialing from (or looking up from) that list, NOT the phone book or a random number generator.  

I told the lady to remove our number from their list and not to call back but she said they couldn't do that since the numbers are randomly generated, which is also BS because any commercially available random number generator has a field for exclusions.

This number is a british survey company called Kantar Operations that solicits information by cold calling numbers that are generated by a computer program. The program dials a random number and if a human answers there is a surveyor at the other end. Their website says they follow CASRO and its Code of Standards and Ethics for Survey Researchethics.  BUT if you call them or contact THEM in any way you have basically given them permission to contact you. Good luck registering them on the DO NOT CALL list.  They sub-contract their marketers here in the US. It could be your neighbor...

they cannot be to random at getting the numbers.  They kept calling my house for months before they stopped .  Tonight I see they are back.

This number keeps calling me too and leaving no messages. They called tonight at 9:52PM!!! I am glad I googled the number now I know.

Very annoying.  We get calls all the time under the name Millward Brown.  We don't answer, but I sure wish they'd stop.  Can anything be done?????

In the last month, I have noticed this Kantor Ops on my caller id.  Sometimes twice a day, but for the most part it's been every other day for the last 5 weeks.  I never answer it and they never leave a message.  This Saturday morning, they called at 9:00 a.m.  but they have called in the afternoon and evenings as well.  Very irratating.  We are on the "no call" list as well.

This company is doing research on snacks. They sent me a palm pilot to record what I eat. They may also do random cold calling for other types of surveys. they have a customer service number you can call 1-800-555-8592 to have your questions answered

I got a call from this number and answered the phone before the answer machine picked up and there was nobody there.  I called that number with the * and found what number it was.

Yes I get the same calls from this number and name as well! I think it came from a job search website I contacted, although I never left my name or phone number, can anyone tell me how this company got my number? just from a email address?

I have gotten a couple of calls from this number. They always want to speak with whomever is in charge of communications at me office. I just tell them that he got fired two weeks and hang up.

Calls everyday between 5 and 6 pm.

I filed a complaint because I am getting calls from Millward Brown even though I am on the Do Not Call list. Also, Kantar Ops is a branch of the Millward Brown company. They are not two different companies.
