Have gotten two calls from this number, one on July 7 at 7:07 p.m., that showed the name Kantar OPS on my caller ID, and the other today, July 10, at 10:45 a.m., that says only "Unknown Name." Did not answer the phone either time, and  no messages were left.

Just called my phone company which is Time Warner and they walked me through the blocking process.  I can block up to 30 numbers.  I hope it stops the insanity.

Have the police done something about it in the previous cases because all the stories that peaple post say that the police cant do anything about it calls that are from other countries are made every day with threats and scams to get peaples hard earned money the only thing we can do is be careful with these scumbags.

All of you have mentioned are all TRUE...
I am now working for a market research company and we do surveys. . .
with at least 20 valid attempts, which i have the chance to rebut, there is only 1 of it who will wholeheartedly answer the survey with me...
I know they don't like the idea of someone's calling them who they doesn't know... But for all time sake... we also don't want to waste our time because we are doing this for the sake of our job and most importantly for the sake of our client who also aims for the betterment of their service that they offer in your area... or for us to know how to combat the most pressing issues that we are now facing in our country... that's all!... But why hundreds of people who answer my calls are so mean and yet, to think, its for the majority's welfare...

Can't they just..
1. Answer the Call
2. Listen
3. Sit on a chair while holding the phone or put us in speaker phone so wont have to hold the phone all through out the duration of the call (AT YOUR MOST CONVENIENT POSITION)
4. Answer the Questions (does it really hurt to answer as short as "yes" "no" "somewhat" "strongly"??)
5. As soon as we are done then "Bye" Your opinion will be such a great help... you just can't imagine how important it is...
6. End of CALL

I received a call from this number. I did not answer and they did not leave a voice message. When I attempt to call the number back I get a busy tone.

All the random numbers most people get calls from little places you do not think will be using or selling your number. Places that NEED your phone number for YOUR convince. Give your number to NO ONE and you will never receive an unwanted call again.

I was careless and gave my number to Lens Crafters so they could let me know when my glasses were in. And here I am 4 days later receiving unwanted phone calls.

No clue who this is, try to call the number back and its busy....

Polite gentleman calling from TNS - that's Taylor Nelson Sofres a leading market research and market information group.  On 9 October 2008 London based WPP Public Limited Company declared that its latest bid had been successful and that it was buying TNS for $1.93bn.  TNS now sits in WPP’s Kantar Group.  They were calling to see if we are happy with our account at TD Bank of Canada.

Check the pass record from 2007, I wonder who pay for them to keep on calling!
Just cut it off when you saw those number!

received a call fro 630-505-3008 caller id read Willward Brown, having been receiving them every few days

I too am on the "no call list".  How the heck do these folks, Millward Brown, get our number? they call all the time, day and night.  We refuse to answer and they never leave a message.  thanks to all who post getting calls from these folks going back to 2006/2008, etc.  Well it is 2011 and they are still at it.

I keep getting calls from this number. I have no idea how they got my number but i'ts becoming a daily thing.

Just a phone survey... mine was about the switch to digital Tv and some questions about how well advertised it was etc

Call your telephone provider and report the number. They might be able to block it for you.

got a call from 630-505-3008 , said they were from verizon and some one from our business called them, sounded really fishy to me.
