Today I received a call from this number at 7:36pm PST and caller ID said Millward Brown. They did not leave a message. I am also on the Do Not Call Registry and my number is unlisted. Only wish something could be done to stop all these random calls.

This number calls and calls and calls and calls, weekdays, nights, weekends, during the day and up to 9:00 pm. I see from this list that this has been going on literally for years. And it looks like many people do not even answer. When people do answer, they get various responses. It is all fishy and it shows how ineffective the do not call list is. These aggressive companies ignore it and find a legal loophole to continue. Why don't they just stop calling when it is clear the calls are simply seen as unadulterated, invasive harassament. People should be able to spend time with family and loved ones without some sort of thoughtless unethical company intruding with these calls week after week. I would like to see more teeth in the do not call legislation, some way the phone company could advocate more for the victims of this sort of harassment.

received a call on Friday night at 8pm Kantar OPs on caller ID, we are on the do not call list also

this number keeps calling my cell phone

This number called me to get my feedback on Verizon customer service.

keeps calling, caller ID "Kantar Ops." they don't leave a message.
my understanding: Survey Companies are not really regulated by the "Do Not Call" list, neither are NPO's. (this means cancer foundation, veterans fund and that sort.)
They use auto-dialers that dial numbers automatically in sequence: 555-0001, then 555-0002, 555-0003 etc. They don't have your number specifically, they're just calling ALL the numbers.

The best thing to do for NPO or surveys is answer once and ask them to take you off their list, if they keep calling after that you do have a valid complaint.

strange - no message - doesn't answer when I answer.

I signed up to participate in a survey for two weeks.  I was sent a brand new Samsung phone to enter my information daily which takes a total of five minutes a day.  I have to return the phone at the end of two weeks for which they have provided a box, envelope and return shipping label.  After they receive the information for me I will receive a $35.00 Visa gift card to use any way I wish.   I have received follow up calls twice - one from Gary and one from Jason.  They are a legitimate marketing company and have not been at all intrusive or rude.  If you want to see if you can qualify for a survey and get a free gift card their phone number is 800.396.9457!

I received one call hung up and they called right back hung up again.

7:31pm Nov. 7th call from  Kantar Ops - no message - we have no idea who they are and we are on the "do not call"...stop it!

I also recieved a call from this numbe at 9:30pm? They don't seem to mind the times they are calling at. I've blocked the number with my phone company. Only the number came up Unknown caller for me till I came here and found out who it was.

Research company. Caller asked to talk to "the person most likely to make decisions regarding communications" etc. When I explained the call would not be accepted if the caller doesn't know the name of that person, they replied that it was "very unfortunate" and politely terminated the call.

I am on the "no call list", as well as, my number is unlisted.  This call came in from 630-505-3008 with Kantor Ops on my caller ID at 5:56 pm EST.  I won't answer calls that I have no knowledge of the number, as well as I do not know anyone in this area code.  I allowed my voice mail to pick up, but no message was left.
