- m-biz victimThis is absolutely a frudulent company and i think every victim should take the pain to report them to ofcom or the relevant regulatory company. i am struggling to get my £37.06 back. this cant carry on. The annoying part of the story is that they charge you through your service provider which means they dont need your consent to take your money. The question is that why would they go through my service provider if they are geninue.
- Carol replies to Andy| 2 repliesI totally agree that mbiz is a scam. My son is 9 and was text an unlocking code. Never used it but £4.50 was taken. I tried calling them and using the refund form to get the money back and would you believe that all my attempts to email the photo's they want have bounced back undelivered. I am still trying to get the money back from the pay and go sim. There is no bill to even send them.

- Carol replies to Mark tYup, Samsung phone and O2 pay and go sim! How frustrating. I'm still in dispute with Mbiz as they are asking me for screen shots of the game but of course I can't give them that as my son never unlocked the game either. I'm not letting this go on principle. I've emailed them again so will keep you posted. Thanks for you post.

- Carol replies to trevor wadeThe emails have stopped and it would appear that I am not getting my money back. It seems to be a problem with Samsung phones and where ever I can I will spread the word. Thanks for everyone for their postings. I realise I'm not the only parent who has been affected by a scam.
- RH| 1 replyMy daughter was also ripped off for £4.50. Opened a free game & was senr a text from 82018. She opened the txt. This triggered the charge. Not happy. I would like to know if this ammount will now dissapear from my account on a weekly\monthly basis? Any updates appreciated. Thanks

- LuBrunMy 7-year old went on what he thouht was a free game on my Samsung and I was charged £3.00. I texted the company to complain about this and I was charged a premium text message rate for telling them this.
What happens now? I would like to write to them but can't find a contact address. Accessing their website means that you give your consent to the games all of which, I've now deleted from my phone.
Can anyone help me with an address, please? Thanks- Caller: Mbiz

- Roger- just bought a Tesco SIM for an old Samsung mobile (previously my eldest daughter's) for my youngest daughter to use to phone home/text friends etc. I put £10 of credit on the phone last Thursday; by Saturday it had all gone! There were some old Java games on the phone and it appears that in reactivating/playing the games, my daughter triggered 3 X £3 call charges to Mbiz, although she is adamant that she did not send any texts. Tesco mobile accepted no responsibility but immediately gave me the phone numbers :
0845 600 6105 & 0207 0600 200 for In Skin Media
- phoned them who logged my details and will refer the case back to Mbiz Samgsung to consider a refund etc
